Välkommen till 'Hughes Maui Condo' - bottenvåningsenhet nr 113 i byggnad 10 på Kamaole Sands Resort. Detta är en vackert renoverad lägenhet med 1 sovrum med 2 badrum och mycket trevliga möbler i hela.

Vår lägenhet ligger på utkanten av första våningen på Kamaole Sands Resort bara 100 meter från Kamaole # 3 Beach, en av de bästa stränderna i världen! Där hittar du bra snorkling, dykning, bad, boarding och solbad. Byggnad 10 är * det närmaste * till den vackra Kamaole 3-stranden!

Vi begränsar vår lägenhet med ett sovrum till högst 2 vuxna, men det rymmer också 1-2 små barn. Dessa lägenheter är en rymlig 76 kvadratmeter, inte den extra stora Lanai och har vackra nya tegelgolv överallt.

Detta komplex har den sällsynta kombinationen av en stor pool och bra tennisbanor. Golf i världsklass väntar dig inom några minuter på golfbanorna Wailea och Makena eller via en kort bilresa till många andra banor inklusive Kapalua Plantation och Kaanapali. I närheten finns surfing i världsklass. Denna enhet är en kort promenad till flera restauranger, barer och små butiker. Det är beläget nära utsökta ö restauranger och "Shops of Wailea". Kihei-båtrampen och dagliga resor till Molokini ligger bara en kort promenad från enheten. "Hughes Maui Condo" är ett fantastiskt bra val!

Renoveringen inkluderar alla rostfria köksapparater, köksskåp, bänkskivor, LED-ljussystem i hela, fåfängar i varje badrum, inventarier, ny kakel etc. Du kommer att älska vår nya sovrumssvit, kung i Kalifornien, med en Serta Premium-madrass, de distinkta plantage-fönsterluckorna och 32 ”platt-HDTV. Vi har också installerat en ny Whirlpool Duet-tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Gamla rottingmöbler har ersatts med nya möbler som omger en ny Samsung HDTV. Nu när den fiberoptiska uppgraderingen är klar kan du njuta av gratis trådlöst internet med hög hastighet i lägenheten och på vår extra stora Lanai som har nya kuddar under 2017. Använd dina Netflix-, iTunes-, Spotify- och Pandora-konton och njut.

Loved it!!

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to Maui. The condo was in a great location, beach was just across the road and walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely stay at this condo again for any future vacations.

Another Great Visit to Kamaole Sands, Kihea

Beautiful 1 bedroom unit, close to the beach and all the amenities of Kamaole Sands. The unit was in great condition, well stocked and a very convenient location. Bob was great to work with while booking as well as very informative about the unit and location. Very nice large lanai, with view of the ocean and the Kamaole fountains. Great spot! Another Wonderful Stay

This is the third time we have stayed in this condo and we plan on returning again. It's well stocked, clean, quiet and comfortable all around. The ground floor location allows you to walk right out onto the beautiful grounds of the Kamaole Sands complex. And the beach is just 100 yards away. Thanks to Lindy and Bob for being such exceptional hosts.

Great stay!

We stayed at this properly for two weeks in January. Everything about this condo and the resort property in general made for a very enjoyable stay for us. The condo unit itself was well stocked with anything one would need for any length of stay – from beach equipment to kitchen and cookware utensils and appliances to laundry and cleaning needs. All furnishings were well-kept and clean. The mattress was new and comfortable. Clearly, the owners take pride in offering a top-notch rental. The resort property was equally impressive and well maintained. Each day we observed employees attending to the fountains, the grounds, plantings, flowers, etc. We would highly recommend this VRBO and would gladly stay here again should should our travel plans permit.

Perfect for Us

We very much enjoyed our stay at 10-113. The unit was very clean with a well stocked kitchen including glasses, cups, plates, nice silverware and quality cooking utensils and pans. Also equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Couldn't have asked for more. Communication was great, check in a breeze and everything was perfect! Hope to stay again!

We love Kamaole Sands

This condo was more than expected. Clean, well stocked, with updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved the location--Just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. Centrally located in Maui to enjoy all parts of the island. Extremely easy check in process and communication with owners for check in and check out details was simple and detailed. Loved this place and hope to come back soon!!

Aloha! We are Lindy and Bob Hughes and are the proud owners of this beautiful Maui condo. We were lucky enough to purchase this unit from the Boone family in 2013. When we discovered this unit, we immediately fell in love with it and we know you will too. Lindy and her family have very deep roots in Hawaii. Maui is especially close to her heart since this is where her parents met as High School sweethearts before eventually moving to Honolulu where Lindy was born. Maui was also our honeymoon choice and we share a deep love for this island. Today we have two daughters and three sons and live in Portland, Oregon. Our guests benefit from our almost 20 years of experience as customers of HomeAway/Vrbo and we strive to provide all of our guests with a truly wonderful and comfortable experience as if the condo is an extension of their own home. Varför värden valde detta boende

We have vacationed many times in Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island, but love Maui and the Kihei / Wailea region the most. We love the many beautiful beaches on this side of the island where it tends to be sunnier and less crowded than west Maui. We enjoy the many quirky bars and restaurants and small shops on South Kihei Road that are a short walk from our condo. We have always been very impressed with the manicured grounds of the 15-acre Kamaole Sands Resort and the helpful and friendly staff who take great care of the complex. The walls, floors and ceilings of the buildings in this complex are concrete with tile rooftops and this high-quality construction keeps the units quiet and comfortable. We also love that we are so close to Wailea for shopping and fine dining. Kamaole Sands is just 20 minutes from many other shopping opportunities in Kahului as well as the conveniently located international airport. This is a great all-around location that we are very proud of!

Most of all, we love being so close to the beautiful Kamaole 2 and 3 Beaches. As often as we can, we walk 3 minutes down to the beach to watch the sunset. In the wintertime, whales really put on a show right in your own backyard! Take a swim or go snorkeling off our beach, and you can swim with the turtles and triggerfish! You have many choices for fantastic local dining in Kihei/Wailea, or if you want, you can grill outside a short walk from the lanai. And, with our modern and well-stocked kitchen, cooking in the condo and eating on the ground floor lanai is a real treat! We absolutely love to sit out on the large lanai and enjoy the beautiful fountains, beautiful park-like setting and ponds, and amazing ocean view – we feel that this location has it all!
