Alla möbler är avancerade. Fastigheten har ett screenat lanai rum, skärmad båthus med städstation på bryggan med handfat, ICE MACHINE, grill och öppen uteplats. Båtbindningsområde. Ytterligare startområde för kajaker eller jetskidor. Detta är verkligen ett fiskares paradis. RV PAD OCH HOOK-UP är också tillgänglig på fastigheten utan extra kostnad. Great experience with the rental.

We've stayed at dozens of properties from the keys to big bend and this was probably the cleanest. We're just disappointed in the scallops being so thin but that's not the fault of the property owner. We plan on returning in the future and this property was very nice indeed.

This place was beautiful! Host was very attentive to our needs. We would stay here again for sure. Perfect location for the wedding we were attending. Awesome having the kayaks accessible. Loved sitting on the dock on the water and watching for manatees. Amazing stay!!

We lived in Arizona. I have been coming to Homosassa since 1976. My Aunt and Uncle lived in the area, and my fondest memories as a child were on the Homosassa River. We finally decided to purchase a home where one day we could retire and visit as much as possible.

This property has been completely updated. It has everything to make your fishing trip relaxing and enjoyable. The location is close to all the Hot Spots (Freezer. Shed, Mc Rae's, Old Mill, Publix). Screened in the boathouse with a cleaning station and ice machine—plenty of room to park your boat trailers. You can sit in the screened lanai room and watch the manatees and dolphins.
