We chose Desert Heights specifically for its deep sense of isolation and high-desert tranquility. This neighborhood provides true desert quiet and privacy, which was essential for creating the "Belt of Venus" experienceâa place where you can truly disconnect. We also love that we are perfectly positioned between the two entrances of Joshua Tree National Park for easy access to hiking and exploring.
The scene here is one of rugged, serene beauty, defined by vast, open desert and stunning panoramic vistas. What we enjoy most is the ability to relax beneath the night sky. While there is always some distant glow on the horizon (far less than a major city), the stargazing is still absolutely phenomenal. Our favorite part is enjoying a cocktail in the hot tub at night, looking up to see the countless starsâit feels like being miles away from everything.
