Detta hörna 3-sovrum med 2 badrum ger dig utsikt över havet och den södra utsikten över Myrtle Beach. Började precis hyra 15,2018 april så inga recensioner ännu. Denna rymliga lägenhet har två balkonger och två franska balkonger. Fastigheten är välinredd med gott om vardagsrum och matplatser. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och eget badrum. Det finns en högupplöst TV och skjutreglage till den bakre balkongen. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en fransk balkong. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar och en DVD-spelare.
Ingår i hyran (avtalen) är en engångsstädning efter uthyrning och ett linnepaket som inkluderar: sängar tillverkade av linne (monterat lakan och övre lakan för varje säng och bäddsoffa) handdukar (8 handdukar, 5 handdukar, 6 tvättdukar och kökshanddukar): bars tvål, handtvål levereras tillsammans med papperskorgen, toalettpapper och diskmedel.

Köket är fullt utrustat med tallrikar, bestick, köksredskap och naturligtvis alla vardagsapparater.

Något om vår byggnad Arcadian II

Vi är en mindre hög höjning; ja bara 6 lägenheter per våning. Inget länge väntar på hissen. Ingen körning på morgonen för att rädda dina loungestolar vid poolen. Dessa problem är aldrig ett problem i vår byggnad eftersom vi har gott om poolstolar och stora hissar. Åh och inga dåliga platser i denna byggnad eftersom alla är vid havet.
Tennisbanan är tillgänglig för det mesta men om inte kan du reservera den.
Vår bakdörr är bara 25 meter till stranden! Stor parkeringsplats med platser nära ingången! Bellmen vagnar vid ytterdörren för att hjälpa dig att få ditt bagage in och ut.

Arcadian shores är rätt mellan myrten och norra myrtstranden i oincorporated Horry County. Vår adress ligger på Myrtle Beach men lite avstånd från folkmassorna. Om du gillar folkmassorna ibland är restaurangraden 2 minuter. Barfota landning är en 5-minuters bilresa och Broadway på stranden cirka 15 minuter.

15th floor

This condo was on the 15th floor which wasn't mention in the description and this was a little too high for my husband. Also the right front burner on the stove didn't work and the oven wasn't clean. The ottoman had a large rip in it. The bed in the master bedroom was as hard as cement, so I didn't get a good night's sleep the whole time we were there The view was nice..

July 2024 Stay

This is our 3rd year in a row staying in condo 15F in Arcadian II. The condo is always clean and in good order. It is showing its age and is in need of some upgrades though. The appliances in kitchen all need replaced and furniture has tears in upholstery. Upgrades to bathrooms is also needed. For the price it is a great deal.

Comfortable, Clean snd a Beautiful View

The condo was so much larger than I expected. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. The view from the beach side balcony was wonderful, and sitting out there was so nice. The condo had everything we needed, although it would be nice to have a few things like salt and pepper (and things like that). It was peaceful, no noisy neighbors. Could use a bit of updating, but I would recommend it. I would easily go back and stay again.

Great location

We love Arcadian, and we stayed here with extended family in other units. It was great for kids to be right on the beach and pool. The balcony door was nearly impossible to open, but we didn’t want them out there anyways so it was ok for us. Thanks!

Dated, but great

We have stayed at the Arcadian for 20 years and we absolutely love it. The unit 15F was clean and nice but very dated. The appliances in the kitchen are very dated and take a while to warm up or use. The master bathroom bathtub has a non stop drip that gets annoying at night time. The sliding door to the balcony gets stuck and is hard to open and shut. The condo is still great just needs some updating! Thank you!

Too short!

We had a wonderful weekend, just wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen had everything we needed except a hot pad or two for removing items from the oven. The living room furniture is a little old and has some damage, but nothing that kept us from enjoying ourselves. The beds were very comfortable. I did find 2 very long black hairs on the toilet seat, but everything looked clean. I always travel with Clorox wipes anyway. Our overall would definitely be a 4. Great place easy access and close to everything we wanted.

Unit needs updating, recommend new carpet and paint, fix all the sliding doors they are difficult to open and close..Unit is very close to beach, literally steps, amazing view of the beach, kitchen very functional and pool was great. We loved the location and views.

Great Place to Stay

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 10 years and have stayed at multiple resorts up and down the coast . This was by far the best condo property that we have stayed at . The unit was clean, parking was close and no issue finding a space, the beach was not over populated. Very family oriented area. Already looking into renting the same unit for next year

Second stay at this condo - another great week

We enjoyed another family vacation in this condo. The location is very central for whatever activities you may have in mind. The beach wasn’t terribly crowded in this area. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we wanted or needed. I highly recommend this property.

The view was great. Place needs to be updates: example, the ceiling paint in the bath room is coming down, toliet seat needs to be replaced,and toilet needs a plummer to look at it. When it rains water comes under the doors in the living room and the dinning room. The doors to the ourside in the first bed shake so bad when it is windy i thought that they were going to crashn in.

Bathrooms, bedrooms good. Minor plumbing problems in both bathrooms, did not affect our stay. Ice maker and range vent fan inop. Condo needs major upgrades. Ocean and beach view were amazing. Housekeeping team were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Great Ocean Front Location

Beautiful views of the ocean. Perfect location, beautiful facilities, pool, walk way to the ocean, outdoor grills. Host was great with communication. Perfect family vacation spot, pool and ocean within feet of each other. All major attractions are within a short driving distance. Clean, Quiet, and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay very much! Excellent property in a convenient location

My two boys and I spent a wonderful week here. The property is well maintained with a great oceanfront location convenient to everything. You can even drive to Walmart without getting on the main drag. The property was great for our needs and having an end unit only enhanced our experience. Book this property with confidence.

Great Vacation Rental

We loved the location of this unit and the view was amazing. The building was very clean, quiet and well secured, in fact, we wanted to walk the beach early in the morning but the gates were locked so we waited until 7:30AM for the maintenance man to unlock the gate leading to the beach. The grounds were beautifully maintained and lead us to an almost private beach as it certainly was not crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely beautiful views, roomy apt., decor a bit dated and hodgepodge. Manager very responsive early on for repairs or complaints, but latter part of week, no response.
