The living room features a comfy sofa bed, offering extra space to relax or accommodate more visitors. A fabulous bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a bidet for added comfort. Small touches like heating and an iron make it easy to feel right at home. Whether youâre unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this wonderful house has you covered.
Perfect for families or friends traveling together. Discover the beauty of the Goleta/Santa Barbara Area and Wine Country, and relax and unwind in this soothing house. Ideal for 4-6 people, but with sleeping spaces for up to 8 individuals. This Cozy house features 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed each with a full size bed in the bottom and a Twin size bed in the top. One fan with remote, and air purifier are also in each bedroom. There is also a Queen Size sofa bed in the living room.
Full equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with two sinks, equipped with a bidet, and a safety handle bar next to toilet, washer and dryer, and a great enclosed patio with BBQ grill, dining table and patio furniture.
Perfect Location! Within two miles from SB Airport, UCSB Campus, Goleta Tech Corridor, Goleta Beach, and only 2 blocks away from the vibrant retail & restaurants of Old Town Goleta. Within minutes from the T. L. Golf Course, & Calle Real, Fairview and Camino Real Shopping Centers.
Just 9 miles to Downtown Santa Barbara, 30 minutes Scenic Drive to Wine Country; Santa Ynez, and Solvang, a Danish-style Architecture Town, and easy and quick access to the 101 Fwy both South and North Ramps, both within a mile from the house.
