Thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback on your recent stay. We appreciate your insights as it helps us identify areas where we can improve and continue to enhance our guests' experiences. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the elevators during your arrival. We understand that the wait time and limited space in the elevators can be frustrating, especially when carrying luggage or other items. We will review this issue and explore possible solutions to ensure a smoother and more efficient elevator experience for our guests. Additionally, we appreciate your suggestion regarding the option of having condos on the lower floors for easier access. We will take this into consideration as we plan any future improvements or expansions. We apologize for the sporadic shrimpish smell in your condo. Odor issues are taken seriously, and we regret that it was not completely resolved during your stay. Your feedback regarding the floors will also be addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure a more thorough mop job in the future. We appreciate your understanding in not wanting to request another cleaning job during your short vacation, but please know that our management team is always available to address any concerns promptly to ensure your comfort. On a positive note, we are delighted to hear that you found the furnishings in the condo to be great and the beds to be sturdy and of good quality. We aim to provide comfortable and well-equipped accommodations for our guests, and we are pleased to know that you enjoyed the kitchen/bar area with its ample supply of dishes, bowls, pots, and pans. Furthermore, we are thrilled that you loved the outstanding patio furniture, as well as the option of the lazy river and slide for children's enjoyment after a day on the beach. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future, providing you with an even better experience.

We are excited that you all enjoyed your stay! Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Michelle: I cannot tell you how much we appreciate your kind words and this 5 star review. We work hard to offer a great beach experience and are thrilled to know we succeeded. Come back and see us again.

Thank you, Leslie, for this wonderful review of your recent stay here. We appreciate your compliments of the condo as we work hard to keep it nice and appealing for our guests. The lazy river is a favorite our ours too and is a nice alternative to the beach. Please tell your friends and come back and see us again soon.
