The condo was perfect. The place was very clean. It had plenty of startup supplies before we went to the store. Hopefully we will be able to rent this condo again. Thank you for everything.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the fantastic beach and nearby restaurants during your stay! While mattress comfort can vary from guest to guest, we have since inspected the twin mattresses and addressed them as needed. We have also addressed the toaster and given the entrance additional cleaning attention to ensure everything is properly prepared for future guests. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

No problems with property. Issues are with property manager. Tag not available at gate. They had no record of our stay. Stayed in this complex over 200 nights in past 10 years and never had an issue. This was the first time we had to deal with a property manager. Issue was fixed after making a call but you shouldn’t have to. Fortunately checking was on a Wednesday so there wasn’t a line like on Saturdays. Great place great facilities…. Move on from the management company

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the property and facilities. We're sorry that the gate pass wasn't ready when you arrived and that it took a call to get it sorted out. Since your stay, we've fixed our parking pass registration system to ensure passes are ready for pickup upon arrival, so future guests won't run into the same issue. We know a smooth check-in makes all the difference, and we appreciate your patience while we resolved it. Thank you again for staying with us, and we'd welcome the chance to host you for a seamless stay next time.

Perfect small family getaway

We loved the condo, the facilities and the proximity to the greenway and beach (although right on the beach would be nicer ;)). The condo was clean, well- supplied, and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!

HHI Vacation 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fiddler's Cove! The smaller pool was conveniently located right across from our condo, and the beach was just a short walk away. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach toys and cooking utensils. We had a fantastic week unwinding by the ocean and soaking up the sun!Julie

Perfect family spot!

Condo experience was great! Super close to one of the 2 pools on the property. We also got good use of the club house on the rainy days (they had corn hole, ping pong, and a racquet ball court). Host was SUPER quick (and helpful) in responding to any questions we had! Highly recommend!

Hidden gem.

This is our 2nd year staying and I couldn’t recommend more. Apartment has everything you need from games, tvs, pools, close walk to the beach, bikes are so nice to have included and everything you need to cook during your stay. Cozy 2 bedroom, very close walk to the beach with private access was perfect for our family of 3. Host was super responsive and gracious during our stay. Till next summer!

Hilton Head

Dirty, understaffed, pool disgusting on arrival. Discusting stuff on comforter on arrival and food and dirt under cushions of chairs and couch in living room. No cleaning person available and no one on site to report pool. I did receive a one night discount. The l ocation is excellent and host is nice. Also we never found the bikes we were told about and ones we saw were not rideable all flat tires.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration upon arrival and truly wish you had been able to send the requested photos of the items you were concerned about, as that would have allowed me to address them promptly with our cleaning team. Regarding the pool, I did reach out to Fiddler’s Cove management. Both pools are maintained daily and were cleaned the morning after your arrival. As for the bike racks, there are several located throughout Fiddler’s Cove. I would have been happy to guide you to ours had I known you were having trouble locating them. The bikes are currently in use by our guests, which confirms they are in working order. We value your input and are always striving to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for your comments.

Functional & Good Location

Condo was a bit small and outdated, but served us well. Queen bed was either very plush or worn out - found it difficult to stay cool and asleep. Location was great with easy access to the beach but Fiddlers Cove needs a little work. Pools were constantly filthy from bugs, tree debris, etc. Did not enjoy the clay pickleball courts. "Fitness center" was basically a closet with a treadmill and stair climber.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm glad to hear the condo served you well overall and that you enjoyed the convenient location and easy access to the beach. I’m sorry to hear the queen bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected—we’ll take a closer look to determine whether a replacement is needed. We also appreciate your comments on the amenities at Fiddler’s Cove. While those common areas are managed by the regime, I’ve passed your concerns along to them for review. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Love Folly Field is the best. Condo was not my favorite.

As always we enjoyed staying at Folly Field. Condo was in a great location but the owner had the thermostat locked and it was got and muggy inside. Because the condo was on the ground floor we were not comfortable leaving the windows open at night. The drier was small and had to run longer to dry towels so that made it even hotter in the condo. When paying to he price if the condo I think we should have been able to cool at night.

Availability of bikes is a plus!

Nice first floor condo in a great location on the Island. However, guard was not available at 7:15 pm when we arrived. Another resident got us past the barrier and told us to wait "over to the side". After 20 minutes, we went to the condo without a parking pass. Guard said he would deliver it, but he never did. We discovered some initial issues upon settling in which Ana promptly took action on. We chose this property over others because of the bikes, the DVD player, proximity to the ocean and the handy desk area. We rode the bikes a lot, and the short walk to the beautiful beach (with the handy beach wagon) was 15 minutes. However, the desk area was nearly counter height with a regular kitchen chair for seating - didn't work for me! The DVD player was missing and another phone call told us it had been removed 6 months earlier when it didn't connect to the newly installed TV. Also discovered the CD player didn't work. We had packed 5 DVD's and 18 CD's, and there was no way to enjoy them. This was a 2 week vacation to celebrate our 59th Anniversary. The beach toy chest wasn't important to us, but the DVD and CD players were. Some of the dinnerware is badly chipped. If you rent this condo for more than a few days, be sure to bring your coffee, condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap. Be careful, the MBR w/w carpet is loose. Understand the Master bathroom is soon to be updated, which is a good thing. We had troubles with the tub drains in both bathrooms (old).

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're so pleased you enjoyed the condo’s great location, the use of the bikes, and the beach. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the gate access. If they are out on property, they are typically very responsive to the calls from the call box at the guard gate. I will make sure to note this with Fiddler's Cove Management. I appreciate your feedback regarding the DVD and CD players, and I have updated our website to reflect our recent updates. I regret that this wasn’t communicated more clearly prior to your arrival, especially since you had planned to use them during your stay. Your input about the other items has been noted - the carpet has been replaced and the bathtubs have been repaired. Thank you again for choosing our property and for taking the time to share your experience.
