The space
• Large 2000 sqft 4-Bedroom home with 6 Beds
• There is a small studio on the back side of your home. Each unit is private. You do not share your unit with anyone else besides your group
• Parking for up to 6 vehicles and RV on your large driveway

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 20 people. The house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

THE LIVING AREA

The rooms are air-conditioned and feature flat-screen 75-inch smart TVs that you can watch from super-snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch.

THE 4 BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 5 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Fully-stocked Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. One bathroom on the ground floor.

Massive Back and Front Yard: provides a safe space for your pets and kids to play and explore. Enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re safely contained within the perimeter of the house.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Sierra Madre Rd, Spring Valley, CA 91977" for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.

• "Entire home" vs "Entire house"?
“Entire home” is not the same as “entire house”. “Entire home” refers to the whole living space that the guest will have private access to during their stay. There may be multiple units or sections within a big property land, as long as the guest has exclusive access to the areas listed in the reservation. For example, an “entire home” could be a (one-bedroom) apartment, a condo, or a studio that the guest uses alone, even if another unit exists elsewhere on the property.

• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want? No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

• Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets. The price will depend on your group’s size.

• Security devices?
One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home

One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio

Property Use: Commercial photography, filming, and professional content creation activities are subject to prior approval from the host.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience during our stay. We encountered several cleanliness and safety concerns upon arrival. The couch was extremely dirty, the downstairs shower was not clean, and one bedroom had ants covering the floor. We also found what appeared to be a drug pipe inside the home. We documented these conditions with photos and videos.Another major issue was the upstairs bedroom. It became extremely hot, even with five fans running. We could not find an AC vent in that bedroom, and the home's air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs area. We were not aware of this before booking, and it significantly affected our ability to comfortably use that bedroom.We contacted the host during our stay to report the conditions and provided photos. The host responded that the pictured items “appear to have been used before the photos were taken.” We were disappointed with how our concerns about the condition of the property were handled.Ultimately, because of the cleanliness issues, the item we found inside the home, the ants, and the excessive heat upstairs, we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and checked out one night early. We followed the checkout instructions and returned the keys to the lockbox.Problems can happen at any vacation rental, but these issues significantly affected our stay. Based on the condition of the property and our experience while we were there, we would not stay at this property
