The house was not ready when we arrived therefore it was not properly cleaned and inventoried or restocked. Once we got into the house it was really great for our family to enjoy and perfect location to the zoo and water fronts. There is no house manual, so there was some misunderstandings and we were charged extra. This was a great week but at the end with an intense phone call the extra charge certainly left a negative experience. I will not use Vrbo ever again.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Plenty of room to relax. Kitchen could use a little TLC. Coffee pot wasn’t clean and had old grounds in it. Ended up going to grab everyone coffees all weekend. Overall the stay was enjoyable, just minor things here and there.

Had a great time, the pool and spa are a hit! felt at home and the host was very professional. This house is close to the freeway and this area is close to a major shopping area with target, Walmart, Sam’s and plenty of food. We took had a few hikes at Cowles Mountains and made a business trip exciting! Will book again for sure.

The home looks exactly as pictured, walkable neighborhood with local shops and eateries nearby. It was really cold during our January trip so we enjoyed the comfort of the layout; having board games, pool table and ping pong was cool. Our big bonus was having two days with 80 degree weather and the Swimming pool was the best! Highly recommend.

Great home after our cruise! This home is minutes from the Port of San Diego. We were exhausted from our cruise and settled in nicely. This house had a long driveway with plenty of parking and plenty of Space. Everything we needed at a great price. The hot tub and pool were therapeutic and I will book again soon.

Overall we enjoyed our experience. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a separate pool house with 1 king,1 bunk bed and 1 bathroom as well as a garage with laundry and a pool table. The pool is 5 stars with a great hot tub. The pool guy stopped by to help us heat properly. The house needs some maintenance - bathroom door did not shut, dishwasher was falling out of the cabinetry, broken shelving/drawers in the main fridge, chipped flatware, rust / mold in 2/3 of bathrooms, etc. None of which were unusable, just need to be tended to.Check-in and check-out were easy.
