Built in 1884 and thoughtfully remodeled in 2016, this historical Fort Bragg home perfectly blends the comforts of modern life with the Victorian charm of the old Northern California Coast. This home is located on the iconic California Highway 1, directly adjacent to MacKerricher State Park and a three-minute walk from the ocean beach.
The Space:
This beautiful landmark home sits mere steps from the beach at MacKerricher State Park, offering four lovely bedrooms (including two main bedroom suites), and an additional bedroom located in the detached studio with a tub/shower combo an expansive deck with a private gas grill, Smart TVs in each room, and a renovated kitchen with custom cabinetry reclaimed from the redwood that adorned the original house.
Things to know: The 5th bedroom is located in the studio which is detached from the main home, behind the main home.
Free WiFi, Full kitchen (with a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a Keurig), and Netflix streaming available (guests must use their own accounts).
The main floor of the house has wide hallways and can accommodate a wheelchair and the main bedroom's bathroom has a roll-in shower with grab bars.

The heart of downtown Fort Bragg is a three-mile drive south, allowing you to easily reach an assortment of wonderful restaurants, the North Coast Brewing Taproom, the Skunk Train, and the colorful shores of Glass Beach.
