From the moment I started communicating with the host, Mindy, I felt very welcome and homey. She’s a wonderful host, easy to communicate, very attentive and thoughtful. The property was clean and nicely equipped, I really enjoyed staying there amidst the beautiful scenery.

Great location that is quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, the room is beautiful and decorated well. The owners greeted us with our names on the front door, a great bottle of wine, a lemon from their tree, and a thoughtful welcome note.

The unit is charming and has a deck with a beautiful view of Santa Barbara canyons. Quiet and private, and the owners were fantastic. Perfect stay for a couple!Very close to the botanic gardens and wonderful hiking trails.

This place was so wonderful with a fantastic view from the balcony and excellent communication with the host, not to mention just about everything was within a 15 minute drive which was so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great communication with the host who let us check in an hour early. Place was spotless and so comfortable. Views were fabulous. Very quiet and serene. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Floresco! To start, Mindy was an excellent host. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. The views were spectacular. She had the place stocked with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. She even offered us beach towels/chairs and games. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful at night, and don’t forget to look up at the stars! And the bed is worthy of mentioning- SO comfortable! This place is truly serene. We will definitely be back!

Such a special place to stay that we ended up setting aside our original plans just to spend more time enjoying the spectacular views and surrounding nature. If you’re a hiker, there are plenty of beautiful local trails within walking distance of the rental.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from the start. The accommodations, attention to detail, majestic views, and proximity to everything in SB couldn’t have been better. We felt like we were at home and at peace. The hospitality is incredible and we hope to visit again!

The perfect stay! The beautiful villa is in the perfect location with the most stunning views! The sunset and starry nights were incredible. The hosts are a true delight and Mindy has a beautiful eye for design. The furnishings are lovely. The bottle of local wine and fresh lemon from the garden were a sweet surprise. The space was wonderful! Mindy showed us around when we arrived and left us a bottle of wine and a lemon from her garden! It was so nice to spend time in a more residential part of SB. The mountain views were beautiful and it was sooo nice to return to such a quiet space after a busy day exploring downtown. We’ll be back!

My wife and I had a lovely stay. The host met us when we arrived, was extremely helpful and had a lot of great recommendations for us. We loved the apartment, and the views from the balcony of the ocean and mountains. We hope to stay there again someday soon!
