Great stay with our dogs!

We stayed for a multi day stay while we had Mayo Clinic appointments. Great location! 10 minutes from the Phoenix site and 20 minutes from the Scottsdale location and plenty of spots to eat, get groceries and/or shop in between. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Clean, convenient location, easy check in and out, and good communication with owner. The unique personal touches were appreciated by all…and the hot tub was awesome! Would not hesitate to rent again.

2 week getaway

Nice location and backyard was enjoyable for a dog, great owner, home was not as clean as what it we thought it would be, owner came and cleaned the couches and chairs which was very appreciative, sometimes houses need a good through cleaning

Excellent location and wonderful home.

This home and location were perfect for our needs. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and well appointed kitchen. Close to amazing restaurants and world class shopping too!!

Perfect location!

Everything about our stay was great, but really want to emphasize the location. It's very close to shopping, golf courses, and hiking making it a great place to stay to minimize the amount of travel time between activities. Will definitely stay here next time we're in town.

Great Convenient Stay

Had a wonderful time with family. We were close to amenities and had fun at the house with games. We were very comfortable and the property had everything we needed. Our host was very attentive and there was a nice welcome gift when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. Great stay!

Outstanding! 5 Stars!

Super location and very nice house! Very quiet neighborhood that is close Scottsdale’s best shopping and restaurants. The house and yard are perfect for families to enjoy together, we loved playing the indoor shuffle board and Old fashion video games (Galaga and PacMan). The hot tub and backyard sitting area was enjoyable every evening. We will be renting this house again!

Great location and layout

Great house in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this nice house! Hemant was awesome to work with. The house is located in a great area with lots to do! There are also many golf courses close to the area. We were pleasantly greeted with a nice gift from our host! We highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Great experience m! One of the best stocked houses i have every rented

Our stay was overall a great experience. Our host was very responsive and the location was great. The house was well stocked with all the essentials (laundry soap, shower stuff, even some key kitchen items). The mini out and the hot tube were perfect. I would book again in a heart beat!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The property owner literally thought of everything. Very family friendly. Lots of board games, corn hole, and a putting green. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. Dishes for toddlers, as well as adults. Communication was great! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Super Convenient

Shopping, Dining & Hiking in Scottsdale!

We really appreciated the location, 15-minute walk to Kierland Commons (shopping and dining). House was clean and comfy. The on-line photos represent the house well. The neighborhood was quiet and street not busy. The owner stayed in touch with us to answer any questions if need be. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Quiet Fun Little Gem

After a very long travel day, a bevy of Quail welcomed us to the neighborhood. Things only got better from there, once we checked in. While we weren't able to partake in all of them, there were more than enough fun activities to pass the time. The home is also centrally located, which made getting to everywhere a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

Amazing place

This house is centrally located in such a great neighborhood. The property manager, since day 1, is super responsive and quick. He helped me with any questions I had. The house was clean, he has games for families to play, nice backyard with great seating and hot tub! I would recommend this house, hands down, to anyone needing to stay in northern Scottsdale, with close proximity to so many shops, restaurants and other fun things to do.

Great Stay

My husband and parents came down to stay for a week. We found the house to be very convenient and accommodating. We couldn’t figure out how and why the thermostat temp increased during the night but overall, it wasn’t a big deal. Landlord was very responsive. We’ll be back.

A Diamond in the 'dale!

This home is perfect for the couple, friends or family looking to be in a great location to everything Phoenix and Scottsdale! Beautifully and simply decorated with an open floor plan that feels spacious yet homey. The kitchen is plenty big for preparing meals, and Hemant provides a generous supply of basics like spices, cooking spray, coffee and filters, and tin foil for grilling. We felt so welcomed! The beds are comfortable and the bedding is quality - there is also a generous supply of blankets for chilly desert nights. The backyard is the real jewel ... a putting green, grill, and large CalSpa for after hiking soaks! We enjoyed the backyard tremendously. There is also a fun indoor shuffle board table in the living room, and a closet full of classic board games - we had a blast playing heated games of Trouble on the back patio. The neighborhood is safe and there are tons of streets to get your morning and evening walks in. Do not hesitate renting this adorable home.

Disappointment

Filthy floors and fridge on arrival. Only 1 key in lock box. Not enough face cloths or an extra towel for each of 4. Cupboards were full of loose store bags and other peoples old food plus countertop broken at one end. Indoor & outdoor table not clean. Hot tub needed attention. 1 huge guestroom and 1 tiny one with no fan. Bathroom for small guestroom had child height sink and had only undersink storage which was jammed full of part bottles of old shampoos and miscellaneous bottles. Poor lighting, missing lightbulb....had to take from a lamp in the livingroom. Small bedroom had a plastic mattress cover and no mattress pad over it.....very hot and uncomfortable. Ice machine made smelly and foul tasting icecubes....needs new filter or a good clean.
