Great price, great location.

We had a fantastic week. The condo was clean, well stocked and in a great location. The pool was nice and the beach is very close.

Everything we needed

Good unit/bldg for price. Wished they would have scheduled the water maintenance for after checkout hours as my husband couldn’t take a shower before a long flight home, but not the end of the world.

Great location and well stocked

We appreciated being so near to Kihei, but removed enough that we didn't hear the busy streets or restaurant/bar goers. Loved being able to walk across the street to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary to watch the whales and morning kayakers from the front deck with your morning coffee. Also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and beach chairs and gear provided by the hosts.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This studio is located in a very quiet and convenient part of Kihei. It is a 10 minute drive away from some of the nicest beaches and restaurants. The place was very clean and also came with a lot of amenities like beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc.

Trip to Paradise

I stayed in the studio apartment for just over a week and it had all of the amenities needed. The property was clean and well maintained. It’s steps away from a beautiful beach and minutes away from local shops. The kitchenette was fully loaded and gives the flexibility of making your own meals. I bought groceries for breakfast and lunches and ate out for dinners. I highly recommend this property for anyone considering this trip!

perfect space for a individual or couple

This was essentially a studio apartment that was perfect for an individual or a couple. It was clean, near restaurants and food trucks, near the beach and quiet. It included some nice extras like boogie boards, swim fins, beach chairs, etc. I really enjoyed the ability to open the windows and the window above the door in the evening and enjoy the cool breeze overnight. Never used the A/C. If I return to Maui, I will rent this unit again.

Very nice little condo near the beach and attractions.

Our stay here in kihei was really fun. The condo was clean and had all the necessities. The TV was a Roku with apps. The king sized bed was comfortable and came with a variety of pillows to our liking. And the area was quiet at night. The only thing that could have been better was the AC unit. The condo had 1 window unit AC and it just could not cool off the whole place. The cool air only seemed to stay in that one corner of the room the unit was located, and kihei was quite hot this time of year. But overall, our stay was quite pleasant and we had a lot of fun on the island.

The room was clean and efficient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our room. Though it said there would be detergent to wash clothes and there was none. The bed was very comfortable. There was not a dishwasher which for us was not a big deal. We loved the location across from the Whale Reserve!

Just right

We stayed 8 days at this unit. Was perfect for a couple. We had everything we needed to fix breakfast and enjoy it on the Lanai in the mornings. We enjoyed the beach chairs and the ice packs everyday. No cooler in the unit, but we got one for free when we rented snorkel gear at Boss Frogs. Bed was comfy and tv was nice to relax for a few minutes at night.

Older but well maintained property. Roomy space with bathroom away from sleeping area. Lovely balcony. Safe and super location! Convenient to ocean-across road. Convenient to stores, grocery and restaurants! Quiet. Nice laundry and well stocked kitchen. Great neighbors and clientele! Managing agency, especially Cassandra, were so helpful on site. Others we talked with in advance were also super helpful. They didn’t mind talking to humans.

Nice studio unit. Pleasantly surprised with all beach accessories (minus a cooler). Roku + Spectrum = no shortage of viewing options. Would definitely stay again.

Mostly Great

The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The construction project noted at the bottom of the listing was overwhelming at times with loud noises, nails on walkways, and construction equipment in the parking lot. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. I would stay again after the construction is over.

Perfect location, great beach nearby.

This property is in the best location - easy drive to Haleakala mountain and to Lahaina as well as Wailea. Surrounded by many great restaurants and a great beach with turtles! Overall, the property is simple but perfect for a family who is looking for a place to sleep while they are out all day.

Stay at Kihey bay surf

We were there second time but in another room. Everything was good and our stay was satisfied because of good location and clean. We forgot the bag in thee room and after leavin receiving the message about it. We will give the advice the host to change beach chairs and better if could be dish washing mashine and the place where put the suitcases.
