Excellent for Group Trip

Stayed here with five adults, three 8 year olds, and a toddler. It was an excellent house that provided ready access to the beach. Would stay again.

Short time best place

Walked to fish under the bridge. Used the marina to fish on a charter. Walked to the beach. Smoke cigars in the closed Pavillion. House was perfect and spacious. Easy clean up, Manager provided late chk out 👍

Perfect getaway location

Brandon was a great host! The place was comfortable and clean. Good distance from boardwalk! Bikes were provided as well. Brandon also came to make a quick repair on demand:) we plan to stay here again.

Perfect for the family getaway!

Everyone had enough room to move about and have personal space, yet the gathering areas were large enough to comfortably fit 7 in! The neighborhood felt safe and quiet in the evening. The location is an amazing access point to the Marina, lake holly board walk, bike path, and the busy ocean boardwalk. It was so easy to pick your pleasure within a block! Having big Sams across the street provided a place for an affordable diner breakfast, excellent lunch and dinner or just to pop over for an adult beverage! Brandon was amazing, he was very responsive to any questions we had prior and when an essential piece of large equipment failed at the home he had professionals there immediately to replace the entire unit on the dime so we could continue our vacation without interruption. Having the bicycles and boogie boards accessible allowed us to play every day without the expense of rentals and was just the icing on the cake! The beds were comfortable and we found everyone woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go! The house is CLEAN. No hidden surprises or mold or mildew, it’s a beautiful home that is extremely well managed! I would stay it this property over and over and look forward to booking it in the future!

Perfect house for a family beach vacation

This house was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of plates, utensils and cookware. AC worked great and all rooms had ceiling fans to boot. Very easy beach access and we definitely took advantage of the bikes in the garage. Will get this place again if we return to VB!

Perfect location, comfortable stay

My family and I had a great time in VA Beach. Brandon’s property was perfect for our family (8 adults, 1 child and 1 infant). Everyone slept comfortably and it was just enough space to hang out during the time we weren’t at the beach. The beach, board walk, and tons of restaurants are a short walk away. But even on the days we decided to stay in, Brandon’s place was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. He also had a ton of beach equipment available for us to use- chairs, beach toys for the kids, wagon, etc. We had a few mishaps but Brandon was always incredibly understanding and kind. He was very responsive as well, and checked in to make sure we were having a good stay. It was a great vacation, and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Everything you need all in One!!

I was pleasantly surprised. Easy check in & out. 5 mins from the boardwalk. You really can walk or bike everywhere. The house was beautiful and clean. We loved the bikes, board games, beach towels, and the jet ski entertainment across the street from the house. The only thing I hated was that we couldn't stay longer. You can't go wrong with this house 100% guarantee you will love it as much as we did.

Vacation with grandkids

Everyone had a fabulous time, first time in ocean, short walk to beach was super! Even had bikes and boogie boards which definitely was useful. House was perfect. Enough room for 5 kids 14-20 years and parents and so comfortable and friendly. I would do it again and highly recommend.

Great property. Location is fantastic.

A short walk or bike ride to the boardwalk. House has plenty of space. House is in good shape, feels new. Owner was fantastic. My daughter’s wedding was at a venue on Rudee inlet, so this house made for a perfect location.

Perfect Trip

Great house, extremely clean and very nice on the inside- modern, spacious, lots of light. Excellent location right across from the marina where we did a high speed dolphin boat and a half day fishing charter. A short and easy walk to the beach or a one minute drive (handy for not walking with a full cooler)! Walking or biking distance to several restaurants and shops. Brandon was extremely easy to communicate with and even stopped by to check on us after a tropical storm hit during our stay. Highly recommend this house!

Great place to stay, great location too!

The house was immaculate. It's location was ideal for us as we had family staying on the beach. Easy walk to the beach. All the amenities came in handy especially for the children. Brandon was awesome to work with. Very friendly.

Modern beachy vibe close to the beach and good eats!

Spent a few days in Virginia Beach for a quick summer beach trip with the family. The home has a cool modern beachy vibe with lots of comfy seating areas on the main floor. The location is great! It's a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants. Brandon was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend!

Close To Everything

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was convenient. The beach, the boardwalk, the attractions, and even bikes, beach chairs, and balls were at the home for our enjoyment. Brandon was an excellent host provider and being available if and when needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely be willing to return again.

Great location!

House was in a great location, perfect for walking to the marina and waterfront. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Owner was always quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.
