Havsutsikt och tillgång till stranden med priset på andra raden!Detta hus, som kallas havsutsikt, är ett charmigt, traditionellt strandhus vid havet. Det är en av få historiska stugor kvar på ön. Värmen och charmen är där och vi har uppdaterats och ombyggts. Den har fem sovrum och tre fulla bad. På övervåningen har sovrum ett en drottning, sovrum två har en drottning och våningssäng, och sovrum tre har en drottning och tvåbäddsrum. Dessutom finns det en dagssäng i solrummet. Den nedre våningen har en drottning i ett sovrum och ett litet sovrum har en dubbelsäng. Det finns också en dubbel futon i vardagsrummet .... allt detta gör sovarrangemangen mer flexibel. Ytterligare två, slutna badstrandduschar är nere. Det finns ett stort däck och avskärmad veranda med havsutsikt från hela huset. Vi är sju minuter från Wild Dunes och 15 minuter från Charleston. Tillträde till stranden är direkt framför huset, och du är bara några sekunder från vattnet! Det finns en privat pool i trädgården och du är inom gångavstånd från restauranger och butiker !!!

"Sea View" "är mycket charmig och lämpar sig för olika behov med sovarrangemang för att rymma 2 till 14 gäster bekvämt. Den nedre trappan är faktiskt en bifogad, REMODELED (klinkergolv och granit toppar)" svärmor " lägenhet som ökar flexibiliteten.

Det finns parkering utanför gatan för 5 fordon. Hemmet är utrustat med två separata vardagsrum, öppen spis och stort solrum samt tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Funktioner inkluderar tunga och spår ekväggar och hjärtat av tallgolv. Plattskärms-TV med kabel finns i nästan alla rum! ...och gratis wi-fi! En privat pool bidrar till det perfekta läget. Huset ligger bara ett kvarter från affärer och restauranger .... beläget på 817 Ocean Blvd., IOP ..... Priserna varierar beroende på säsong.
Vi har lagt till en privat uppfart och parkeringsplats så oavsett om bränningen är upp eller ner, finns det platser att parkera!

Vi har skuldat och förvaltat detta strandhus i över 25 år. Vi bor bara ett par kvarter bort, så vi är nära om våra gäster behöver något alls !!!

Family Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is perfect for daily walks on the beach and very close for day trips to Charlston and Ft. Sumter. The home is spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ping-pong table! Carly made check-in and out very easy and answered all of our questions. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us for our family Thanksgiving!

Great property! Great Location

We have been coming to Isle of Palms for years, but this was the first time we stayed at this property. It was the perfect location for our family. The property was even better in person than the photos show online. Carly and Steve were wonderful hosts and we would highly recommend this property!

Lovely home with 5 sleeping areas and private pool. Very convenient to walk to beach and IOP restaurants. My older daughter loved having a private apartments downstairs. We also loved the screened front porch... able to hear the ocean and enjoy the sea breezes.

Just like home

We throughly enjoyed our stay! IOP is beautiful and we ventured onto Sullivan’s Island for dinner, parks and ice cream! The property was perfect for our family! Reminded us of our old beach house in Ocean Drive!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying at this home. We loved the house (farm house sink is fabulous). Older, comfortable home, steps from the beach...with a pool in the backyard! Hard not to have a great time.

Great house with amazing beach access!

The house is less than 2 blocks from the windjammer and other restaurants on the island, and is literally across the road from the beach. While the house interiors are a little dated, the house has several bedrooms and is very functional. Would definitely recommend for a visit!

Awesome stay

A very nice and charming property that is well-kept with unbeatable location. Owner is very kind and lives very close by and is eager to help guests enjoy their stay. I prefer a door code rather than having to pick up a key from the owner because I'm afraid of losing the key, but that is all I can think of to improve the experience.

Perfect location!

We loved the location - easy access to beach & quick walk to restaurants & ice cream! The house is very charming & accommodated our group of 6 adults & 3 children perfectly. The pool was a big hit with the kids & adults, and the enclosed outdoor showers were a big plus. Carly & Steve were very gracious in responding to any needs. We would definitely rent again!

Great Stay by Beach

Recently stayed here with 8 other people for a friends trip. The house is fantastic - plenty of room for the group, and a nice pool! The location is amazing - could not be much closer to the beach, easy walk to bars and IOP. Carly was easy to communicate with and helped with anything that came up. Will definitely be back!

Nice older beach rental, comfortable beds, lovely pool and close to the beach. Downstairs rooms require constant dehumidication, as the owners clealy explained. The were very helpful and easy to deal with.

A+ beach stay!

We loved our stay at this house! Perfect location for the beach and a 2 minute walk into town for ice cream. The downstairs apartment area was perfect for our teenagers and the property could not have been better. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The owners met us there when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in and were very responsive. Overall A++ experience and we look forward to the next trip.

We have owed and managed this beach house for over 25 years. We live just a couple of blocks away, so we are close if our guests need anything at all!!!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The house is located DIRECTLY across a dead-end street from the ocean and the beach access is right in front of the screened porch and deck. You are 10 seconds from the water!!! There are ocean views from all over the house, and there is a private pool in the back yard. Also because the shops and restaurants are a block away, the location is perfect!!!
