Havsutsikt och tillgÄng till stranden med priset pÄ andra raden!Detta hus, som kallas havsutsikt, Àr ett charmigt, traditionellt strandhus vid havet. Det Àr en av fÄ historiska stugor kvar pÄ ön. VÀrmen och charmen Àr dÀr och vi har uppdaterats och ombyggts. Den har fem sovrum och tre fulla bad. PÄ övervÄningen har sovrum ett en drottning, sovrum tvÄ har en drottning och vÄningssÀng, och sovrum tre har en drottning och tvÄbÀddsrum. Dessutom finns det en dagssÀng i solrummet. Den nedre vÄningen har en drottning i ett sovrum och ett litet sovrum har en dubbelsÀng. Det finns ocksÄ en dubbel futon i vardagsrummet .... allt detta gör sovarrangemangen mer flexibel. Ytterligare tvÄ, slutna badstrandduschar Àr nere. Det finns ett stort dÀck och avskÀrmad veranda med havsutsikt frÄn hela huset. Vi Àr sju minuter frÄn Wild Dunes och 15 minuter frÄn Charleston. TilltrÀde till stranden Àr direkt framför huset, och du Àr bara nÄgra sekunder frÄn vattnet! Det finns en privat pool i trÀdgÄrden och du Àr inom gÄngavstÄnd frÄn restauranger och butiker !!!

"Sea View" "Àr mycket charmig och lÀmpar sig för olika behov med sovarrangemang för att rymma 2 till 14 gÀster bekvÀmt. Den nedre trappan Àr faktiskt en bifogad, REMODELED (klinkergolv och granit toppar)" svÀrmor " lÀgenhet som ökar flexibiliteten.

Det finns parkering utanför gatan för 5 fordon. Hemmet Àr utrustat med tvÄ separata vardagsrum, öppen spis och stort solrum samt tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare. Funktioner inkluderar tunga och spÄr ekvÀggar och hjÀrtat av tallgolv. PlattskÀrms-TV med kabel finns i nÀstan alla rum! ...och gratis wi-fi! En privat pool bidrar till det perfekta lÀget. Huset ligger bara ett kvarter frÄn affÀrer och restauranger .... belÀget pÄ 817 Ocean Blvd., IOP ..... Priserna varierar beroende pÄ sÀsong.
Vi har lagt till en privat uppfart och parkeringsplats sÄ oavsett om brÀnningen Àr upp eller ner, finns det platser att parkera!

Vi har skuldat och förvaltat detta strandhus i över 25 Är. Vi bor bara ett par kvarter bort, sÄ vi Àr nÀra om vÄra gÀster behöver nÄgot alls !!!

This property had it all! Enough beds to sleep all the girls with the perfect mother in law apartment downstairs. Close to shopping and restaurants for walking, very close beach access, and clean pool for when we were feeling lazy!!! Highly recommend and Carly was very easy to communicate with for even the most simple questions!

Awesome trip!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and had an amazing time! Carly is so nice and full of information. The location of the house to the beach and local restaurants couldn't be better! Highly reccomend!

Girls’ beach week

The house was great for a group of girls and a few of their moms, with plenty of room and really nice features like the ground-level showers and the pool. We enjoyed the close beach access and the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. The house was charming and comfortable, with nice decor and lots of spaces to sit and relax with friends. We would love to return for future trips.

Great property! Great Location

We have been coming to Isle of Palms for years, but this was the first time we stayed at this property. It was the perfect location for our family. The property was even better in person than the photos show online. Carly and Steve were wonderful hosts and we would highly recommend this property!

Family Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is perfect for daily walks on the beach and very close for day trips to Charlston and Ft. Sumter. The home is spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ping-pong table! Carly made check-in and out very easy and answered all of our questions. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us for our family Thanksgiving!

perfect location

Lovely home with 5 sleeping areas and private pool. Very convenient to walk to beach and IOP restaurants. My older daughter loved having a private apartments downstairs. We also loved the screened front porch... able to hear the ocean and enjoy the sea breezes.

Just like home

We throughly enjoyed our stay! IOP is beautiful and we ventured onto Sullivan’s Island for dinner, parks and ice cream! The property was perfect for our family! Reminded us of our old beach house in Ocean Drive!

Great house with amazing beach access!

The house is less than 2 blocks from the windjammer and other restaurants on the island, and is literally across the road from the beach. While the house interiors are a little dated, the house has several bedrooms and is very functional. Would definitely recommend for a visit!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying at this home. We loved the house (farm house sink is fabulous). Older, comfortable home, steps from the beach...with a pool in the backyard! Hard not to have a great time.

Perfect location!

We loved the location - easy access to beach & quick walk to restaurants & ice cream! The house is very charming & accommodated our group of 6 adults & 3 children perfectly. The pool was a big hit with the kids & adults, and the enclosed outdoor showers were a big plus. Carly & Steve were very gracious in responding to any needs. We would definitely rent again!

We have owed and managed this beach house for over 25 years. We live just a couple of blocks away, so we are close if our guests need anything at all!!!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The house is located DIRECTLY across a dead-end street from the ocean and the beach access is right in front of the screened porch and deck. You are 10 seconds from the water!!! There are ocean views from all over the house, and there is a private pool in the back yard. Also because the shops and restaurants are a block away, the location is perfect!!!
