Välkommen till vårt semesterparadis! Vår lägenhet ligger i Casa Del Mar-samhället på den vackra ön Isla Del Sol omgiven av Boca Ciega Bay. Detta är en strand- och vattenälskares drömplats. Du är bara några minuter från St. Pete Beach och den naturliga skönheten i Ft. DeSoto Park and Beach. Du kan också ta ett dopp i vårt samhälls stora pool eller koppla av i badtunnan, båda belägen precis vid viken. Vår enhet är ett rymligt ett sovrum, ett och ett halvt badrum med en king size-säng och bäddsoffa i master svit och drottning utdragbar soffa. Vi har ett välutrustat kök eller njuta av lokal fisk och skaldjur och mat på många närliggande restauranger. Njut av utsikten över golfbanan Isla Del Sol och Boca Ciega-bukten och oändliga soluppgångar och solnedgångar medan du kopplar av på balkongen.

Byggnaden erbjuder rekreationsrum där boende kan samlas för att umgås och en stor pool och spa med utsikt över vattnet. Du kan se båtar segla förbi medan du simmar i poolen eller loungen på poolen uteplats. Dessa lägenheter ligger bredvid Isla del Sol golfbana och gångavstånd till Isla del Sol Shoppers Village med en mängd olika butiker, restauranger, frisörsalong, kafé, yogastudio och mer!

Isla del Sol är en 350 tunnland ö och är idealiskt beläget inom 30 minuter från 2 internationella flygplatser, en kort bilresa till St. Petersburg Beach och centrala St. Petersburg, och nära Don Cesear Beach Resort, livsmedelsbutiker, exklusiva shopping, museer, konstgallerier och massor av fantastiska restauranger. Ön Isla del Sol har gator med fin golfutsikt och vandringsleder för träning. Området har fantastiskt fiske utanför sjöväggarna och nära broarna som förbinder ön till St. Pete Beach och Ft. DeSoto.

Great Condo!

We loved our stay! Especially loved going on walks over the bridge to the water, perfect location if you like walks. The bed is big and comfortable. The unit has everything you need and plenty of linens. Definitely recommend!

Amazing location!

We loved the condo and how it was so close to so many different beaches and things to do! Fort DeSoto beach was only 10 minutes away and I would highly recommend it while you’re here! The condo itself was clean and the owner had extra supplies, such as cleaning products, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, which was really nice! The pool is never crowded and it overlooks Boca Ciega Bay. We sat out there at night a few times and even saw dolphins once! The owner was very nice and helpful whenever we had questions!

Just another day in paradise...

Tom was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. He even left a basket of treats. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as photographed. Evening sunsets poolside overlooking the bay and morning walks through the beautifully manicured grounds quickly became routine. I can't wait to visit again!

Paradise!

This condo was exceptional! The property is so beautiful with views of the gulf and the well maintained grounds and pool. Super safe and within walking distance to fun dining and short drive to beaches. Love it!

Every thing has met our expectation.

The unit was very cheerful, clean, and well supplied. Isla Del Sol, where our building was, is a very well kept area, very close to St. Pete City with all its attractions, cultural venues, and restaurants. It is also convenient located for shopping, site seeing, and outdoor activities.

Making yourself at home here is as easy, breezy and wonderful as a day at the beach!

This condo has everything you need to instantly make yourself at home and have a truly comfortable stay. The attention to detail shows that the owners have worked hard to anticipate your every need. They've outfitted their place so perfectly that all you have to do is show up, relax and enjoy your vacation. The property itself is perfectly situated a short bike ride to the beach, a short drive from downtown St. Pete, Ft. De Soto Park is just down the street and there are only 30 minutes and two traffic lights between you and Tampa Airport. I travel to the area frequently and when I need a place in the future, checking availability here will be at the top of my list! Many thanks for two months of being at home away from home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had very nice furnishings. The owner had left some goodies there for us which was really thoughtful. Met some very nice people at the pool. Highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed

Great Condo in Beautiful Area

We enjoyed our stay at Tom's condo in Isla. The unit was very clean and fully equipped. It is centrally located for many side trips and great for walking or biking in the immediate area. Tom was pleasant and prompt to deal with.

Best time ever

Fabulous time ever— Tom Linhart’s condo was most comfortable and clean. We appreciated extra everyday stock being available to us for initial use. Glad to replace for the next guest. We had no problems whatsoever that Tom didn’t immediately address. Thanks for such attention to small but important details.

Our March 2018 stay at Casa Del Mar-Unit 405-B

We stayed in this unit for the month of March and we really enjoyed it. The unit had everything we needed and Tom had left us with items to start off until we got to the grocery store......Their was even a nice little basket of goodies. The unit was clean and the furniture nice. Tom was their to meet us which was nice as he showed us around the building and the unit. Tom explained where the grocery stores and Walmart were so we would not get lost. Also their is a Sun Pass available for the area to get you to the grocery store without having to pay that extra fee. Great place for work and play!!

I was in St. Petersburg for 9 week school rotation. The condo was quiet and great place to live. We had great views of the bay from the pool area and were only minutes walk or drive to the beach.. Tom was a great host. He checked to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure the unit was in great shape.

Owner is available.Neat condo.Usefull bike room. Very nice area for cycling. Available bus service on the island. See dolphins from the pool. Go to Tarpon Springs ( specail on January 6 ) .Treasure Island ( kite festival ) . Downtown Tampa ( see Cruise ships leave the harbor )( see outside festivities before a hockey game )(take the trolleybus to get to Ybor City). Nice nature,nice birds.
