Happy Cape 3 - 1 Block from the River

This villa was extensively renovated in early 2023 and is located on a spacious corner lot, just one block from the River. It only takes 2 minutes by boat to get out on the open water. The location is an absolute dream for boaters. One of the highlights is the fantastic water views with many romantic sunsets.

It is close to Cape Coral beach and the beach restaurant "The Boathouse" and you can walk there in about 5 minutes. The Yacht Club area was highly underrated for many years. However, this has now changed and one new house after the other is being built here, or many houses, like ours, are being extensively renovated.

This very bright and modern furnished villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms (2x king size and 1x queen size) and 3 bathrooms (all with shower and toilet). The two king bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. The large living room is extremely bright and friendly as it is completely equipped with sliding glass doors. The floor in the entire living and dining area, as well as in the kitchen has been newly tiled. Even the dining area has 2 large sliding glass doors. Despite the somewhat older style of construction, this home is light and bright with great attention to detail.

The complete kitchen as well as the modern countertop are also new and equipped with all imaginable items. All electrical appliances are new and up to date.
We are also happy to rent you our Hurricane Sundeck 237 boat with 200 HP. We also rent one of our boats. Cape Coral is a waterway dream.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

For your information: The garage can not be used, only the parking space in front is available.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and will be collected at the check-out on site.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Great location

Nice corner lot in a great neighborhood, walking distance to the Yacht Club Beach. Short kayak trip out to the “river”, and a beautiful view out back. We swam, fished, biked and went kayaking. Awesome family vacation!

Perfect Location & Very Clean

We spend a lot of time in vacation properties and in SW Florida specifically. This house was very clean, and the view cannot be beat. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed it very much. Communication with property management company was challenging. We called as soon as we arrived and received no response, someone (Mike) showed up the next day to check us in and we talked to him about several issues we'd identified - broken bathroom door, no beach chairs, network/smart TV issues, etc. He was very personable and said he'd take care of it - we'd have chairs later that day and he'd get someone to fix the door and someone to look at the network issue. He did nothing. Several messages to Adam over the course of the next two days and he acknowledged that we needed a new cable box or modem, but still nothing was done. Finally Talisa came three days into our stay and brought chairs and scheduled someone to fix the door. We personally showed her the issues with the network and tv's and she said she'd take care of it. We stayed 7 more days and never heard from her again. I have an autistic teenager and tv is a requirement - we couldn't log into Netflix or Amazon Prime on the smart tv's (Talisa saw in person that it wasn't our log ins - this was a tv/network issue) and the cable package at the house basically includes a couple home shopping and news channels. We finally went out and bought a Roku that we used for the rest of the week. Additionally, I knew from the listing that I would be responsible for all electric usage during our stay. I did not know that the owners would have jet skis, a boat and other stuff in the garage plugged in and charging the whole time. As a guest, I should not be paying for the electricity to charge things I'm not even using. House was clean, location was great, but I won't rent from Happy Cape again.

Amazing Home & Great Property Manager

Our stay was amazing. The home couldn’t be better. We enjoyed fishing every night right off the dock. We used the pool daily. The house was spotless and well equipped. We loved that the three bedrooms work at three separate master suites. This allowed all of us to have our own space and privacy. The property manager was very easy to work with. We had a storm knock out power to just a couple houses. I contacted the property manager at 9:30pm and within a few minutes, she had contacted the power company who had the power back on within an hour. The day before our departure, the area was getting hit with a small tropical storm. The property manager came by the house to check on everything before the storm and to let us know about it. We have no complaints and would highly recommend staying here!!

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay and found the home to be just like the photos. Very spacious and clean. Easy drive to several surrounding beach towns and restaurants. We would stay again.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is well outfitted and beautifully decorated with modern furniture and coastal decor. It has all the necessities plus kayaks and bikes. The pool and lanai are amazing, the view is incredible. The management company is responsive and cordial and professional. Loved it!

Winter get away

This was our first time renting a property online. It was all it was said to be. We had a great time wonderful experience would go back to that location in a heartbeat. Property manager was great to work with.
