This detached holiday house is at the heart of a remarkable landscape at an altitude of 1310 metres, on a little holiday complex, three kilometres from the Klippitz ski resort and nine kilometres from the centre of Bad St. Leonhard. As the house with its 7500m² plot of land is at the edge of a forest, it offers its guests a peaceful place to relax. The sunny location is very much appreciated by guests.

The house with its two apartments on two floors, the Jagdstub’n for eight people and the Zirbenstüberl for eleven people, provides a total living space of 145m² for a total of 19 people. It is ideal for acquainted families who would like to spend their holiday together, but still value privacy. It is also possible to rent each apartment individually, even for a short holiday over the weekend for relaxing amidst nature.

The upper apartment features a conservatory with a sun terrace and a sauna hut outside. The site is fenced and there are five parking spaces right in front of the house. Pets are welcome. Free wireless Internet access is available. You can relax in the bordering forest, where a grill area, a tenting ground with a teepee, a pond, a dog meadow, a children’s playground and relaxation areas await you. You have free access to all of this. Depending on your preferences, you can either find peace and seclusion here, or lively entertainment with attractions in the vicinity. You can join hiking trails right by the house. There are restaurant chalets in the area, lakes for swimming within 50 kilometres, and thermal baths nearby. The towns of Klagenfurt or Graz are within an hour’s drive. It is 3km to the Klippitz ski resort with a summer toboggan run and a climbing garden. The centre of Bad St. Leonhard is ten kilometres away. There are grocery shops 9km away and it is 400 metres to the nearest restaurant. There are also several restaurants, a climbing garden, a quad trail, riding stables and many cycle routes in the vicinity.

The holiday apartment on the upper floor, the Zirbenstüberl, provides 95m² of living space for 11 people. It is accessible at ground level and various rooms can also be accessed from outdoors via the terraces. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom for three people has a double bed (200cm wide) and a single bed (90cm wide), as well as a sofa, a wardrobe, a TV and a terrace. The second bedroom for four people provides two double beds (140cm wide), a sofa, a wardrobe, a Scandinavian stove and a TV. The third bedroom for two people has a double bed (200cm wide), a sofa, a wardrobe, cooking facilities, a TV, a Scandinavian stove and a terrace. The two bathrooms have a bath and a shower. There are also two toilets. The living and dining room is set up for eleven people. The kitchen is equipped with glasses, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, an electric stove, a microwave, kettle, mixer, bread-cutting machine and coffee machine.
