This flat has a small furnished balcony with a view down into the leafy inner courtyard.
This holiday flat is located on the upper floor of the second house. Access is via an external staircase. There is another flat on the ground floor of this house. Modern and comfortably furnished, this 45 square metre studio flat offers space for four people. The light-flooded room is divided into a cooking and dining area in front of the balcony as well as a sitting and sleeping area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The dining area with a table and four modern swivel chairs is seamlessly connected to the kitchen. On the other side of the studio is the sleeping area with a 180 cm wide double bed and a double sofa bed, which can also be used as a place to sit and relax during the day. The bathroom has a window. It is spacious and has a shower, a washbasin with a mirror that can be illuminated and a WC. Underfloor heating allows the flat to be used all year round.
