This flat has a small terrace right next to the holiday flat.
This maisonette holiday flat is located in the first house with two other flats. It has a living space of 55 square metres spread over two levels. Modern and comfortably furnished, it can accommodate up to five people. On the ground floor is the modern, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, window and underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a seating area with a table and four chairs, plus a sofa bed and sofa bed, are also located in the lower living area. From here, a staircase takes you directly to the open-plan, spacious sleeping area on the upper floor. Here you sleep in a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and on a double sofa bed. The room is also furnished with a small seating area, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Underfloor heating allows the maisonette to be used all year round.
The quiet location offers you a relaxing balance to the lively capital metropolis. The flat is about five kilometres from Berlin-Schönefeld Airport, yet the location is very quiet.
