Denna härliga tre sovrum, två bad duplex är perfekt för fyra vuxna och fyra barn (kanske två familjer!). Det ligger tvärs över en lugn gata från stranden med tillgång till stranden precis utanför ytterdörren, vilket gör det enkelt att köra hem från stranden för dryck påfyllning eller ett glömt föremål. Eller bara stanna hemma och njut av din egen privata pool. Den första våningen har två sovrum. Det första sovrummet har en king size-säng och en garderob, det andra erbjuder två uppsättningar våningssängar. Denna våning har ett komplett badrum och en stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare för total bekvämlighet. Upp en trappa tar dig till huvudområdet med ett stort rum, fullt utrustat kök som är utrustat med rostfria apparater och bänkskivor i granit. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en garderob och ett komplett badrum. Drottningen sovhytten lägger till en extra säng i det stora rummet och ett pack-n-play är tillgängligt för ett barn. Huset har gratis WIFI och DVD-spelare. Utanför det stora rummet finns ett däck som har en gasgrill, bord och en delvis havsutsikt. Luta dig tillbaka, njut av en kall drink och titta på havet medan den färska fisken lagar mat!

Detta hem är fullt utrustat för att göra din vistelse bekväm och precis som hemmet bara bättre! Det är smakfullt inredda och välfyllda. Varje sovrum liksom det stora rummet har platt-TV. Du har din egen privata pool i trädgården, som kan värmas upp för $ 100 under säsongsmånaderna, värme är inte nödvändigt under sommaren. Nya vardagsrumsmöbler, köksgolv och kompositdäck tillkom i år.

Vårt hem ligger på Surf Drive som gränsar till stranden. Du behöver inte korsa en livlig gata på väg till sockersanden och smaragdgrönt vatten. Det är centralt beläget 3 mil väster om St. Andrews State Park eller Captain Anderson's och 7 miles öster om Pier Park med främsta shopping och restauranger utomhus.

Om du letar efter mer underhållning finns det gott om. Sex golfbanor i området, marina & fiskebrygga, Panama City Beach Winery och flera berömda restauranger som Hammerhead Fred's eller kokosnötter inom gångavstånd. Vad mer kan du begära?

Perfect location!

Public beach entrance is right across the street. The house has a wagon and umbrellas along with chairs and toys to take to the beach! You have a partial ocean view from the balcony. Private pool is clean and has an umbrella table and several lounge chairs. There is a deck box with pool floats and noodles. House was clean and had plenty of towels in both bathrooms along with pool towels for your use. Kitchen is well equipped. We did a lot of cooking there, and used the grill on the balcony which was clean and fairly new. we had 2 families, mine with my husband, 2 teens and myself along with another couple and teen and we had plenty of room. We will definitely stay again if we return to PCB! We said next time we could even fly in since the house came with everything we needed!

Absolutely PERFECT!

We have always stayed in a condo with my family of four (two toddlers), my parents and my two teenage siblings. This year we made the plunge to stay in a house and we are beyond happy with the choice of this house! It was literally steps from the water, in the best area, and had everything we needed! We hope to be back next year! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Location, Location, Location!

Such a perfect location! We have been coming to PCB for 10 years. This home is on the quiet side of PCB but still close to everything you would need and the best part is, it’s only few steps to the beach. It’s hard to find a smaller private home with a beach view and a private pool. This home had everything our family needed. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were available for our use. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, ice cream shops, the county pier and St. Andrew’s State Park are all very close. There is Lots of space for everyone to spread out. The beds were also very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with our family, We will be booking this property again.

Second time…needs improvement

We had stayed here last September and it was fine this year not so much. A few hours after we arrived I let the property manager know about stains on the master coverlet. He told me no one could come out until Monday to fix. I had to wash the bedding Saturday night and didn’t get to bed until close to midnight. After a full day of driving I was less than pleased. The downstairs sink drain also had a clog in it so it could not be used until they sent a plumber/handyman out to fix (Tuesday or Wednesday). In the upcoming slow season I would recommend a detailed cleaning and some touching up of the property has it has really deteriorated in the past year.

Family Vacay

This was our favorite trip we have taken so far! The place was clean, very homey feeling, the pool is private and you are so much closer to the boardwalk to the beach than it seems in the pictures! September was definitely a great time to go as the weather was perfect, the beach was not crowded, and neither were the restaurants! We will definitely be returning to Panama City!

Great Stay!!

Had a great stay here with my family over the last week. Awesome location away from the resorts so the beach was never crowded and the access is just across the narrow street. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Great Vacation Spot

This was our first stay at this home and it was great. Everything was clean when we checked in and location was perfect being right across the street from the beach access. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our vacation! The location was perfect and right across from the beach entrance! The house was clean and great for our 2 families! There were some things that needed to be fixed that I did communicate with the property manager about but nothing hindered or made our stay bad at all… just a couple of up keep stuff! I would highly recommend this place and can not wait to come back!

Great Place!

Beautiful home. Very roomy for 6-8 guests! Everything you need! The air conditioner stopped working the 2nd day so we messaged the owners and they had an AC guy there very quickly! They were very responsive & helpful in anything we needed! Just steps away from the beach! Would highly recommend! We plan on staying there again next year!!

Fabulous location

This property is very comfortable, well-supplied, and well-decorated. And the location so close to the beach made it ideal! Add in the private, heated pool and it provides a spectacular stay!! Highly recommended!

Excellent property

We loved everything about this property, very close to the beach access, great pool and more than enough sleeping space for the 4 of us. Plenty of TV subscription options for the kids on the rainy days. Had everything you could need and more available at this home. Great neighborhood with very welcoming neighbors. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a more relaxed laid back vacation.

Lovely home, beautiful beach quiet beach

We had the best time staying at Sea-u-later this past September. PCB is our home away from home and we just had the best time! This home has everything you need for a great vacation! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and you can even see the ocean from the front porch! The pool in the back is super private and a lot of fun. Best of all I loved being able to walk right across the street to spend time at the ocean and to watch the sunset every evening! You won’t regret a minute that you spend in this home! Thanks for sharing it with my family!

Great Escape

Overall we had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was great; quite road and super close beach access. Having the garage to store beach gear was absolutely perfect! No sand in the house to constantly sweep up. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the pack ‘n play for our baby. The few minor issues that I’m really just being more nit picky on than anything was that the bunk room is no more. It wasn’t a problem for us, but someone who may need the extra beds would be disappointed to find it is now a full bed and trundle. (Maybe just a quick update to the description and pictures). Lastly the A/C unit. Perhaps we weren’t doing something right, but we would set the temperature and within a few hours it would “reset” and go back to 82°. Again, not a big problem for us, we would just adjust it back. Something to note for other guests though. It was one of the best weeks we have spent at the beach! We would stay again in a heart beat, the house and location really was great.

A great place for families

This house is set up perfectly, especially for families with kids. The beach is right out your front door and the private pool made things very enjoyable. You have a pretty decent view of the sunset even though you are sitting a street back from the beach. Just for future renters (this did not affect our stay) the 3rd bedroom no longer had bunk beds like described in the listing. This room had a queen bed. We will definitely look at renting this property again!

Oh boy, did we enjoy our stay on Surf Drive. Everything was in and clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and we were only steps from the Beach. Vacations are never long enough…🤣

We purchased this property after spending several great family summer vacations in Panama City Beach. We have traveled many times to Hawaii, Mexico and Costa Rica, but none of the beaches are as nice as Panama City Beach!
