We have 6 apartments at disposal, three of which are studio apartments and the other three are larger ones with a separate bedroom each. All apartments Ivica are 4-stars-categorized, which is only one of the indicators of the quality that our guests can count on.
With a high level of cleanliness all apartments offer air conditioning, free WiFi, LCD TV and a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, every apartment has its own parking space and a balcony, and our guests are also free to use the terrace at the back of the house.
Apartments Ivica are only 150 m away from the sea and the nearest beach, and around 500 m from the Silo centre. Located in a very quiet street without traffic, near the sea and beaches, apartments Ivica are an ideal choice for families with children.
Silo on the island of Krk is also attractive for couples wishing to relax in a peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Studio apartment A2 is located on the second floor of our house and has a beautiful view of the sea. The size of the apartment is approximately 35 m2 and can accommodate up to 3 persons.
The apartment is equipped with a large double bed, bathroom with shower and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen which includes: a table for four persons, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and an oven.
In addition, the apartment has air conditioning and LCD TV, and on the balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful sea view.
