Royal Palms Condominiums-byggnaden ligger i East Gulf Shores direkt väster om Alabama Gulf State Park Beach. Royal Palms har parkering på marknivå och parkering på andra nivå som leder direkt till din enhetsdörr, vilket betyder inga steg till din dörr från parkeringsdäck på andra nivå. This was a fantastic place to stay. Condo was perfect in all aspects. The location was perfect right next to the Gulf shores State park.

Beach Fun

The location was perfect! loved that we were right on the beach, but still have the option of a swimming pool. This condo is also on a level that you can park on which makes packing and unpacking super easy.

Relaxing trip

The location of this condo is very convenient. We have stayed at Royal Palms many times but never on the 2nd floor. It gives you the ability to unload your vehicle on the same floor. Also no big deal or long elevator wait to run up the room from the beach. We will be coming back!

We loved this condo very much! We will definitely be booking this one again, peaceful part of Gulf Shores and secluded from the busy parts of the beach! Awesome spot for our family of 5! I can’t say enough good things about this condo!

Fantastic location!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was just as described and was spacious and clean. Loved the balcony and the fact that it is the last condo building before State Park property so no building on one side. A couple of small items: Might want to provide more than one hand towel per bathroom. Had plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, but only one hand towel. Also, perhaps supply more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Other condos I have stayed in have addressed both these items. That said, it would not keep me from staying in this unit again. We did love it and, again, the location is perfect. Also, the amenities both in the condo (ie: washer/dryer) and at the property (pool, indoor pool, hot tub, etc.) were great!!!

First timers

We loved Gulf Shores and the surrounding areas. This was our first time there and we were very impressed! My only concern was the beach rats right outside our lanai. We were on the second floor and when we were looking over the ledge, there were 5-7 rats most nights eating the grass.

Christmas vacation 2022

The only drawback was having to go outside to get to the indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and exercise room. Wouldn't have been so bad, but the weather was cold while we were down there.

Location is perfectly close to the state park and beach. The twin mattresses should be replaced soon they sag very badly in the middle. The upper level parking is very tight to get up the ramps. Didn’t attempt that for this reason.

Property was fine was working on something every morning at seven o’clock left on Thursday was supposed to stay til Saturday .being on vacation means relaxing and sleeping in can’t do that with all the banging going on every morning at seven if I was informed of this I would have went to another location for my vacation

Great Location

This was a nice, well stocked condo on the second floor of a building at the end of "high rise row" next to Gulf State Park. The beach at that end is less crowded, and we had a clear view of the park's pier. It is close to the water and has a large comfortable balcony. It felt private. We didn't see or hear any neighbors. Being on the second floor was ideal, both for convenience and the view. It was right off the elevator and and the second level of the parking ramp. The only negative was the building's entry area that felt dated.

Great except...

Condo was just fine, clean and neat. Great porch overlooking the ocean and it was just a short walk to the beach. All in a good location. I saw the pictures of the indoor pool and hot tub and that is what I wanted when I booked this property. WARNING: Indoor pool and hot tub were damaged in Hurricane Sally last September and are still under repair...looks like it's going to be a while before they are ready for use. Sauna, Exercise and Steam rooms are close due to Covid 19 and have been for months. None of this was noted in the information about the property and were not until I mentioned it to the property manager. In response to my complaint the property manager at White Shores Realty just said "we don't have any control over the amenities." I tried to call VBRO, customer support took a case number and transferred me to Traveler Care who have put me on hold 4 times and then cut me off after 30 minutes on hold. I'm not happy with either VRBO or White Shores.

Beach trip

We had a very nice time at the beach and were comfortable in the condo. Had a problem with the ice make which they tried to repair but it never was working during our time there. Otherwise everything was really nice
