Great Location & Very Clean!

Amazing stay, pictures do not do this property justice. Rooms are large and spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. The pool safety alarm was great with little ones running around . I will definitely book this home again. Absolutely no complaints.

Great views, easy beach access and beautiful home. Pool was a little small for 12 people to enjoy but we made it work. Gets a little noisy and traffic gets backed up in front of the house but that was to be expected being so close to the beach on a holiday weekend.

This is a beautiful house and a great location. Had an issue with the keypad lock, and hot water heater. But they were very fast to fix, and it didn’t take away from our stay. Great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Peaceful Easy Feeling for a mother/daughter girls trip. With 5 mother/daughter pairs space was very important to us. We had plenty of room to spread out (bathrooms wink wink). The house was clean, well laid out and the location was perfect. My only suggestion for the property is to please add hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels etc

The property is located across the street from the private neighborhood beach entrance which is very convenient. The house is kept clean and included all the typical toiletries and amenities for a very fun beach weekend. We appreciated all the cookware so we could cook for a large group. The house has an elevator but it was not working would have been nice for the people staying on the top floor. Check in was a a bit disappointing with the communication a bit lackluster. Promising to call back and no call back so I had to call back several times. Apparently losing lose my original paperwork and texted me day off arriving to refill it out.

The location is excellent, with convenient beach access directly across the street. Crossing is easy and safe thanks to the well-functioning crosswalks, which respond quickly. Another advantage is that the beach is much less crowded since the house is not located near any high-rise condominiums, making it a more peaceful and relaxing destination.
