Det turkosa stranden ligger bara några steg bort och spännande Atlantic Avenue 3 kvarter norr. Vår "beach bungalow" är på 1: a våningen i en charmig "Florida stil" byggnad med endast 8 enheter. Inredningen är avslappnad, beachy bohem. Det är en ljus och luftig rymd med ett helrenoverat kök. Det rymliga sovrummet har en bekväm king size säng och mörkläggningsgardiner så att du kan sova i. Njut av en betydande DVD-samling på den nya 50 "platt skärm. Gratis HBO, Showtime och Wi-Fi. Vi ger dig också med sängkläder, handdukar, solstolar och parasoll.

En 10 minuters promenad till Atlantic Avenue leder dig till spännande barer, otroligt restauranger, gratis konserter, konstgallerier, shopping, etc. Koppla av, varva ner och absorbera den varma solen på den orörda vita sandstranden. Om du känner dig fet, kan du hyra surfbrädor, kajaker, och paddel styrelser rätt på stranden!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, clean and well supplied! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and easy walking to downtown Delray. The host is very friendly and available for any questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic property!

Great location and a great property. Very comfortable and well laid out. Only a short block to the beach and just a couple of blocks to Atlantic Avenue. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

A slice of paradise with all the comforts of home

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay so much. It was our favorite stay at a vacation rental in our past 12 years of traveling. Everything was easy, convenient, super clean, and comfortable. Deborah was helpful and informative. The location is great and very walkable. It was so peaceful in the small condo complex. We felt at home. I can honestly say that there is not one thing we would change about our stay in this unit at Delray Beach. We will definitely be back!

Family Visit

We came to Delray Beach to visit our son. His apartment was about a 10 minute drive from our rental. We were a short walk from a beautiful beach as well as a nice shopping district. We found the rental to be clean, in good condition, well furnished, and attractive.

Great Location and Atmosphere

The 1-bedroom unit is beautifully appointed by the interior designer owner and is perfect for a working month in Delray Beach. There is a comfortable landscaped courtyard with a dining area and barbeque at the entrance and a private outdoor seating area off the bedroom. Less than a block from the beach, the location is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and kayaking (one beach over). The area has plenty of affordable golf courses, convenience stores and restaurants with great happy hours. This is the perfect location for a winter getaway.

Great Again

Perfect stay

The condo is clean, comfortable and well set up. The location simply cannot be beat, steps to the beach but in a quiet compound. I was there over a holiday too and it was peaceful as can be. Perfect attentive host, great stay. Highly recommended

Wonderful week stay at Ocean Terrace

This lovely one bedroom condo is in a fabulous location -- walking distance to beach and Atlantic Ave. The photos are accurate and the condo is very well appointed with everything you would need for a very luxurious stay. Deborah and her husband were so helpful and available immediately in responding to our questions. We will absolutely stay here again. We have rented many condos in Delray over the years and this is by far our favorite.

Excellent beach retreat

This property was everything we'd hoped for and more. It was a brief walk to the beach or the town. Everything was perfect, from the top-grade finishes to the exceptional cleanliness of this apartment. Deborah was welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Great place close to the beach and restaurants

We had a great stay, very clean and close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Delray Freebee shuttle is available down the street. Very responsive host...thanks for the recommendations!

Excellent, clean, great location, all appliances and kitchen supplies excellent. Near beach and Atlantic Ave, quiet location. Hosts were very accomodating, friendly, and responsive. Stayed almost 3 months. Unit also had washer, dryer, beach supplies etc. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation rental!

This was my second stay at this property. Deborah, the owner, just finished renovating the condo. It is fresh, very well done and very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything I needed. Such a bonus to have a washer dryer in the unit, and great to have beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. I had lovely new sheets and towels. Deborah and her husband Jim were very accommodating. The location is great! A one minute walk to the beach and just a few blocks to Atlantic Ave. The neighbourhood is pretty and safe for evening walks. I can’t wait to visit Delray Beach again and stay in this wonderful condo.
