We really enjoyed our stay. For a small family or just a couple, this house is perfectly tucked away on the more quiet side of the island, but close enough to where the hustle and bustle is just a short drive. Host was extremely communicative, and quick to respond, which I appreciated. Follow the house rules, and your stay will be magical. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Great spot to relax, the beach is close by just get some help to move tent, wagons, and other misc items to beach, it gets hot, not that many people on the beach which is a plus, stores, strip, restaurants are close by too, everything you may need is provided by the host.

This is a nice, clean, cosey, well-furnished and maintained home within a very short walking distance to the best beach on the gulf. I recommend this home and will return here the next time I visit Pensacola Beach.

This house is exactly what we needed for our quick getaway! The sunroom was my haven ! 2 minute walk to a secluded beach ( so thank for for the wagon !) The sundeck was perfect for coffee and to hear the waves, oh! And the most comfortable bed! Can’t wait to stay again

We absolutely loved this property! the host was excellent with responding fast and made it very easy to access the property at check in, plus you can’t beat a block and a half from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
