Great place. Warm. All the boxes checked. attention to detail. The real treasure of this place is the location, the stars are the amazing trees. The trees are out of this world. Enjoy them at the perfect place, right next to the 17 mile dr.

Overall a lovely stay

The location is wonderful- about a 15 minute walk to the beach (one of the previous reviews said 5 minutes so I wanted to make sure everyone knew that was obviously a different property). The home was generally very pleasant with each bedroom set up nicely. The dining room with all the natural light can't be beat.

Comfy home In amazing Northern CA coast

We needed a place for a family(our 3 adult kids) to land for wedding event in Seaside- when they left 2 couples came- home was perfect to relax in, after going out- shopping or back from dinner! Beautiful lot, fireplace and couch where conversations could happen! Wonderfully stocked kitchen with convenient items to use in a pinch! Worth every dime- definitely want to return! Thank you MS and SS

Charming Home in the Woods

Very comfortable updated home with all of the amenities. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood added to the enjoyment of the stay. There were four of us, but the home would accommodate six or even eight guests.

Perfect Location…Great House

Lots to do in the area…close to Carmel, Monterey, and wineries and walking distance from the beach. House had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and has a lovely great room set up for gathering. Owners were prompt in all communications and everything was just as expected. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family!

Great home in wonderful location

The home is even nicer than the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen, warm and welcoming great room, and located in the middle of the peninsula - easy walk to beach, quick drive to Carmel, Pacific Grove or the Aquarium in Monterey! Owners very responsive too! Highly recommend this home!

A fantastic golf location

We were are group of 3 couples that love to golf and cook. This home did not disappoint. The location was perfect on 17 mile drive and the neighborhood was beautiful. The home was spotless well maintained and had everything to cook and serve fabulous meals. The dinning area looks out to the manicured yard and it is beautiful. Beds were comfortable with nice linens, bathrooms were well stocked too. We all enjoyed our 8 day stay in this home and appreciated the owners care and attention to all the details that make vacations great!!

Days at the Beach

This house was very comfortable, the instructions were clear and well defined. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach is an easy walk. The only drawback we found was poor lighting in the great room, but that certainly is not a deal breaker!

Monterey Dream come true

Our stay at 1093 Herders Road was fantastic - charming home was clean and comfortable - 5 minute walk to beach - 2 minute drive to Spyglass golf course - short ride to Carmel and Pacific Grove - when we plan our return trip will definitely try to book this home again

Amazing Home and Hosts

Mark and Susan's home is absolutely charming, beautiful and one of the most clean rental homes we've every stayed in. It's kept in superb condition and you feel quite at home with all the small touches. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. <3

Excellent

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We spent three weeks with our dogs there and walked to the beach every day which was such a treat. It is in a lovely quiet neighborhood and we would highly recommend it.

The perfect golfers and family escape.

My wife and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It’s a perfect home for four golfers or a family gathering. Very well located to Pebble Beach Lodge as well as Spyglass and Spanish Bay. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous home and neighborhood!

The house is beautifully maintained and well appointed! It has everything family needs in order to have a lovely vacation by the sea! The homeowners are wonderful to work with and made us feel very welcome we hope to return again!

The home was all we expected and more. Great location and very comfortable.

We came down to play in the Champions Tour Tournament and the location could not be any better since we played Pebble, Spyglass and Poppy. The house was roomy and very comfortable and the back patio and deck was very private and beautiful. The house had everything needed. We would come back again!

Excellent comfortable quiet location

House was on a very quiet street. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay very enjoyable. Kitchen had a wonderful assortment of equipment and utensils. Bathrooms included everything including toothpaste. Wonderful neighborhood where I went on many walks, could hear the seals "barking" from the house. Nice 15 minute stroll to the ocean.
