The apartment with shared pool is located in a new area of Mil Palmeras, only 43 km from Murcia-San Javier airport and 58 km from Alicante-El Altet airport. The sea is less than 300 metres away and the beautiful sandy beach of Mil Palmeras is 500 metres away. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool in the communal part of the complex.
The holiday home is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, air conditioning, television, iron, hairdryer and bed linen and towels. It has an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the terrace, where there is also a table with chairs, loungers and a rattan sofa for 4 people, where you can relax. You can park in the street near the flat. The position of the flat is very practical. You can walk to the beach, to the supermarket and to the centre of Pueblo Latino or Mil Palmeras, where there are many bars and restaurants.
For nature lovers we recommend an excursion to the natural park Salinas de San Pedro, where you can see different types of flamingos, where there are resting places as well as cycle tracks. In Lo Pagán you can take a bath in the mud, which has a relaxing and analgesic effect and also relieves skin problems.

We also recommend an excursion to the Mar Menor, where you will find water activities such as water skiing, kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing. Other places of interest not too far from the flat are San Javier (famous for its jazz festival), Cartagena (important port, the archaeological museum, the ruins of the Roman theatre, Calblanque Nature Park) and Murcia (Santa Maria Cathedral, numerous museums worth visiting, especially at Easter because of the many parades and music festivals in spring).
