Family vacation

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach. Super clean!! Perfect size for our family of 5 adults and our dog. Weather was great and we were able to enjoy time on the decks (really appreciate the gates on the deck!!). Will definitely look forward to returning!!

Absolutely perfect

House was awesome! We just had to cross the street, and we were at the beach. Our dogs totally enjoyed it and we did too. Loved the fact that the deck was gated. The dogs would go out to sunbathe for a bit each day. This was a wonderful escape from the cold in Napa.

Very nice accommodations!

The house is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. I have been renting houses and condos for years and this one was one of the cleanest. That is extremely important to me, I was impressed! The ease of walking to the beach was great too!

We have stayed at Blanches properties for many years. This was the first time at Toddy’s and it did not disappoint. Great home, clean and comfortable. Blanche is great to work with and we love her homes. Highly recommend!

Couple of issues

We had trouble getting tv in living area to work. Host offered to come help but we had a wedding to attend and didn’t schedule a time with hist. Pillows on king size bed definitely need to be replaced.

Family Trip

The house was beautiful and clean. Very short walk to the beach. We loved that our dogs could join us on our vacation. Our youngest son now calls it our new house!

We truly didn’t want to leave!

This lovely and well-equipped home is a wonderful place to relax and have fun. The beach is just steps away and it’s a quick drive or walk (about a mile) to the inlet. We went every night to enjoy incredible sunsets. Another plus: no elevators to contend with when doggies need to go out! We plan to return to to Toddy’s!

Perfect Place

When we arrived at Toddy's beach house we were greated by the owner's love of Boston Terriers. This was our first trip with our very own Boston, Mollie and we knew the week was going to be perfect. The house was clean and the layout of the home was perfect. What made things even better is that we were located right across the street from the ocean. Daily, we enjoyed porch sitting on both porches to take in the views. The home had everything we needed and more. We loved this home so much, we have already started talking about staying here again.

Great house, perfect location

This is a nicely laid out house with everything we needed. Super clean and right across the street from beach access path. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the front porch listening to the waves and a beautiful inter-coastal waterway view from the back porch.

Great house in an ideal location!

The pictures don't do this place justice. We were super happy with the condition of the house, it's bigger than it looks in the photos, and well appointed. Very comfortable furniture. Across the street is the public walkway to the beach. A one-mile beach walk lands you at the point, which was pristine and nearly empty. Absolutely gorgeous. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We will definitely go back!

Cozy three bedroom place with great location

We visited off season (Oct). House location is literally across the street from the beach! The house itself is cozy and as advertised. We rented it for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday and brought 4 of her friends The setup with a master and the other two bedrooms was PERFECT! They even had a beautiful tall mirror in the hallway that the teens loved taking selfies in front of - important for their age. :)

Not quite up to par

We discovered ants on our second day and found out that the Garbage can below the house wasn’t emptied from the prior quest stay so we ended up with ants coming into the kitchen. Floors need a good moping, vacuuming only doesn’t keep your feet from getting black when you walk around in bare feet. Living room furniture smelled and there was cereal,etc under the cushions. First VRBO and probably will be the last one based on this experience.

Perfection!

Beautiful property, clean, comfy beds (just get the linen package, it is 100% worth it!). The beach is right there, the area is beautiful, I could go on and on! Some great restaurants in the area and a nice grocery store around 5 minutes away. Kitchen was stocked to cook so we just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. The grill worked fine and the patio was nice! If you go for July 4th, the was a great little Golf Kart parade that went around the neighborhood too, the kids loved that! 10/10, would definitely stay again!

Great family getaway

The house was very well appointed and comfortable for our family of four. We stayed in Summer of 2022, and enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. With little kids, the outside shower was the star of the show and made our lives so much easier.

We truly enjoyed our stay here (our fur baby loved it too!) The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was awesome for walks on the beach and also to find some “grass” for our dog. We will definitely be back in the Fall!

Good Pet Friendly House Close to Beach

This is a cute little raised cottage across the street from the beach. The cottage was very clean and the owner was very accessible by telephone/email. There are a few things of which you should be aware. The entry in the rear of the house has metal grates attached to the steps. One of our little guys burned his feet on the way down, as did I on the way up. There are two other staircases to the street that are useable. When the sun is high, use the other stairs. The lock on the rear door works well. The front lock, not so much. The front door is a bit loose in the frame and is difficult to engage. Again, no biggie, but enter via the rear. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is small and a bit overloaded with equipment, so there isn’t a cabinet for your snacks, bread, etc. Overall we recommend the accommodation. It is hard to find decent pet-friendly beach accommodations. This is clean and satisfactory.

Great location to beach, but poor customer service from Owner/Broker

Stay April 2022: Across street from beach (front) & view of canal (back/driveway) but busy roads between both. Quiet during week on off season, but nosy in Br. on weekends; will be crazy busy in summer. Open LR/DA/Kitchen however LR & deck dining only seating for 6, front deck only 4 chairs. Kitchen well stocked but Kurig, no coffee pot for large group as per listing. Nice to have gates on decks for dog but fenced property would have been better. On surface looks nice and clean but not as clean as owner states. There is some deferred maintenance & deck was rotten & in poor condition. Owner never mentioned a 30 yard dumpster would be in driveway during stay... I had to asked few weeks after booking when down for a weekend mid-march, there was no response until week before check. No credit (one nigh stay requested); only cancellation option and we knew could not find another pllace with dog a week ahead of time (we booked in February). Contractor started using dumpster, and came around to deliver supplies & mark deck while there. The biggest issue with stay was Owner/Broker security violation of Ring system to listen in and have conversations with other people broadcasting (video submitted to VRBO office). Nice house, good location although far from restaurants & bars... If not for Owner/Broker Blanche Weldon (BRG Group & Beach Bungalow LLC) poor customer service and lack of communication, disclosure and abuse of security system privacy would have stayed here again once fixed up (nothing done since bought 8 years ago); however because of Blanche Weldon's behavior will not return (photos & video available but cannot be uploaded to VRBO).
