The Fringuello holiday apartment is a two-bed apartment that is ideal for four people, especially for a family with one or two children. The living room-kitchen is very light, owing to two roof windows, and has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm) and a kitchen unit, equipped with electric appliances, tableware and a dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm). The bathroom has a washbasin, bidet, WC and a spacious shower cubicle. The windows are fitted with fly screens. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, a washing machine and its own heating system. Bedlinen, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided. A cot is available free of charge on request.
From the garden terrace, furnished with wooden tables and chairs, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the medieval towns, such as Monteverdi Marittimo, as far as the sea. The apartment has a brick-built barbecue. Stairs lead to the roof terrace, with wicker furniture, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view.
Please note that the pool costs include access for four people, a parasol and two sun loungers. Additional parasols and sun loungers can be booked in addition at a supplementary cost.
