This is a holiday flat in a cosy and comfortable apartment building, built in 2011. It is located on the outskirts of the picturesque fishing village of Fuseta. It has a sunny location in a car-free resort. The distance to the sea and the beach is about two kilometres. It is easily accessible, being only 20 km from Faro Airport.
There is a communal swimming pool (4 m x 11 m) and public parking in the street for shared use. There is a shop, a supermarket, a bus stop every km, a supermarket is about 2 km away, a restaurant about 1.5 km, the train station about 700 m, the sandy beach of Fuzeta about 2 km and a golf course (18 holes) about 5 km. Nearby attractions are in OlhĂŁo 10 km, Tavira 10 km, Faro 30 km, Seville 250 km, Montegordo 25 km, Albufeira 60 km.
The holiday flat has a living area of approx. 100 mÂČ. There is a spacious living room with a seating area and an open-plan kitchen. There is a satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas cooker, a toaster, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are two pleasant bedrooms that are free of ambient noise. One bedroom has a double bed and direct access to a spacious bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a second bathroom for shared use. The property also features a garden with well-tended greenery, a picturesque olive tree and a large terrace with garden furniture. A travel cot is available upon request, as well as a bicycle for exploring the area.
