Detta lyxiga lägenhet med 2 sovrum vid havet ligger på One Ocean Place - 12 våningen. En förstklassig resort som ligger 10 minuter från flygplatsen och direkt vid havet i hjärtat av Grand Strand-området. Enheten erbjuder bara spektakulär utsikt över havet från både det stora vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en ny king size-säng och har just renoverats med ett vackert kakelgolv. Glidande glasdörrar ut till balkongen och en vacker havsutsikt. Nyrenoverat badrum är i svit till befälhavaren. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar som kan förvandlas till en hel och är vackert inredda och har det nya kakelgolvet. Båda sovrummen är inredda med platt-TV och DVD samt tillgång till INTERNET / Netflix, etc. Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet har precis renoverats för att inkludera nytt golv, nya köksskåp och bänkskivor i granit. Köket har en baryta med plats för 4 samt en matplats som sitter sex och har utsikt över vardagsrummet som har 42 platt-TV (kabel ansluten) och DVD. Matsalen / vardagsrummet har fem dörrar från golv till tak, varav två öppnar upp till en stor balkong vid havet. Köket är helrenoverat och utrustat med ny spis, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Gratis wi-fi erbjuds.

Fastigheten är mycket välskött och har två glittrande rena pooler vid havet och badtunnor som ligger på ett upphöjd däck med utsikt över stranden. Massor av solstolar och bara några steg från den vita sandstranden. Fastigheten har 24 timmars säkerhet och har gated parkering. Två bilar är tillåtna per enhet i det täckta parkeringsområdet.

Garden City ligger tio minuter från flygplatsen och nära till alla Myrtle Beach-attraktioner inklusive golf, stränder, shopping, shower och nöjesparker.

Another amazing stay!

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and it again did not disappoint. Gorgeous views, great amenities and a beautiful condo. One Ocean Place is our favorite as it is steps to the beach, has 2 beautiful pools and hot tubs and is always immaculate. The condo has everything you could possibly need and we can’t wait to visit again!

Nice spot

I would recommend this property. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of the ocean from both the living room and primary bedroom. It was fun to see the seagulls close up as they were flying by. The living room was a good size and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen too much or the amenities such as pool, hot tub, beach umbrellas, etc, as we spent most of our time with family who were staying in a nearby beach house. The unit could use a new deadbolt as we had difficulty locking it numerous times. Overall, a nice unit. The building itself is showing some age in the elevators, but they work fine.

One Ocean Place to avoid

We love staying at One Ocean Place and chose 1203 this year. On Wed morning the AC went out. I understand things happen so we made the best of it. Phil responded "his guy was out of town and he would fix it Thurs am". I texted Thurs afternoon and got no response. Friday am, set up at the beach and Phil says he's on the way with the repairman. I wasn't leaving valuables in the room, so I sat through a service call. Phil tells me the AC unit needed replaced for 6 months, but the guy didn't show. (6months and nobody else was available). It couldnt be fixed until Sat. I didn't say a word about a refund, but he said he would refund my card a fair amount. It was 86 degrees in the room for 3 days. A week later no refund. I texted him that I mailed his keys, and again say nothing about a refund. He replies " I'm sending a check to you. It's now been over 3 weeks and no refund or response. I stay in the area twice a year and would have referred others. I couldn't leave being 12 hrs from home during peak season.At first I was impressed with how Phil tried to be fair about the situation, but he doesn't follow through.

Wonderful Stay right on the Beach

Stayed here with my wife and two children. The place is very spacious and extremely clean. We loved everything about the place, but the view was spectacular. The ocean waves crashing was relaxing. The owner was helpful and answered our questions (including where to park our conversion van). We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was somewhat clean. Furniture was situated to allow for space. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving items. Phil (Property Owner) was very easy to contact, pleasant and accommodating. “Thanks Phil!” Had a great time and would recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Easy to check in and out, parking in site, close to great restaurants, putt putt, the aquarium. Close enough to Myrtle Beacb to go to the attractions but far enough away to have a peaceful beach experience. Owner responded to questions quickly. Highly reccomend

Great get away

This was our first time to Garden City. We were looking for a place close to other family and ended up right next door! The views from the balcony were fantastic. The updated unit offered a quite get away from the little ones next door! We hope to come back!

Excellent rental

I was worried about being on the 12th floor because I don't like heights, getting the elevator and the Florida condo collapse. All my worries went away after we arrived. The building was very solid and views were great. The elevators were very quick and we only had to wait a couple of minutes. The condo was very well decorated and clean. We enjoyed our week with family.

Fantastic vacation!

I can’t say enough about this condo-everything about it was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and it was so nice not having to worry about towels and linens. We loved sleeping in the comfortable bed while listening to the sounds of the ocean, and sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. Half way through our trip we realized it was smarter to order takeout, and eat on the balcony, because the restaurants couldn’t compare to the views we had. The location is great, and the beach is very nice, but some of our best times were definitely spent inside the condo. Finally, I can’t say enough about how clean it was! I’m so glad we found this place, we are looking forward to going back in the near future!

Much needed space...

Great place to stay and a fabulous condo. We stayed here because my in-laws rented the condo two doors down, Nad there wasn't enough space there for our entire family. Everyone loved the layout and finishes in our condo over the other one. The owners were great to work with and we definitely hope to rent from them again!

Charming condo with a great view!

The view is simply amazing from this terrific and well-maintained condo. It was very comfortable for our group of four and wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen is well stocked: coffee pot, air fryer, electric water heater, blender, mixer, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The washer and dryer worked great. There were lots of little things passed along from previous guests, like coffee filters, sunscreen, detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, bathroom air fresheners - we bought a few things and left other behind for the next guests. Everything was clean when we arrived and the property is easy to navigate. The beds are very comfortable, all the linens were clean and I appreciated not having to bring my own. Electronics and wi-fi were easy and we had no trouble finding live sports on Hulu (super important as we were there during the NCAA basketball tournament). We had a slight mishap with a glass-topped table (our fault) and Phil was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is very close to a grocery store, just a short drive away from pretty much every kind of attraction in the area. We did not have any issues with noise from neighbors in the building. We loved the location and are ready to go back for our next visit.

Break from COVID!

This was a much needed break from COVID. Phil was quick to respond. View was incredible and house was clean and well stocked. Looking forward to returning again soon.
