We had to call for someone to come regarding the TV’s. One room had no tv, the other 2 bedrooms did not work at all and the one in living room was so dated we could get it to work. We loved the pool area.

This house is beautiful, very clean, open floor plan with all the bedrooms separated. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, the sunsets were fabulous to watch from the pool/spa in the evenings. Furniture is nice and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and appreciated the prescheduled spa time in the evenings because we did struggle a little with getting the controls to work properly with the spa - we just aren’t educated on how to work the controls and the documentation didn’t cover how to get the heat just right. If you have more than just a few people staying, I would bring some extra towels and washcloths, we did use the towels from the other bathrooms so we weren’t constantly washing the few towels in the master bathroom. Appliances were new and very nice. Overall it was a lovely stay in a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! It makes me so happy to hear that you enjoyed the home, the peaceful neighborhood, and those beautiful sunset views from the pool and spa. I agree—there's something special about ending the day relaxing by the water and watching the sunset. I'm also glad you found the home comfortable and well-equipped. We specifically chose the furnishings and layout to help guests spread out and feel at home, so it's wonderful to hear that worked well for your group. Thank you as well for the feedback regarding the spa controls and towels. We understand that pool and spa systems can sometimes have a learning curve, and we'll take another look at our instructions to see how we can make them clearer for future guests. Please know that we're always just a phone call or text away and would have been happy to walk you through the settings during your stay. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and I'm delighted that you enjoyed both the home and the neighborhood. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back again for another relaxing stay in the future! Warm regards, Jessie AJ Home Rentals
