Vackert utformade lägenhet / lägenhet (två enheter byggnad), ett kvarter från Chestnut Street restauranger / butiker (Starbucks, La Marais bageri, bank, städare etc. alla inom några kvarter). Detta är ett lugnt läge, egen ingång, nedre plan walk-up (kompis äger den översta lägenheten). Njut av en promenad för en spektakulär utsikt över Golden Gate-bron från Marina Green eller den lummiga parken atmosfären i Presidio (Crissy Field med stranden / utsikt över GGB, "Main Post" med "Off the Grid" söndagar, museum, YMCA med pool etc) och Ft. Mason (med "Off the Grid" fredagskvällarna, restauranger, fantastisk utsikt) bara några kvarter bort. Eller ännu bättre, använd cyklarna i garaget och njuta av en skön cykeltur längs Bay / Crissy Field utan att ifrågasätta kullarna i San Francisco! Funston Park (George Moscone Recreation Center) kvarter bort med tennis, inomhus basket och idrottsplan.

Detta orörda, två nivå platta har 3 soliga sovrum (1BR-kung, 1BR-drottning, 1BR-double) / 2 bad (1 med badkar / dusch, Master BR-duschkabin), ser master svit ut till en vacker, solig, uteplats / bakgård med en grill, eldstaden och fontän (exklusiv användning av bakgård) och ett intilliggande garage med parkering för en bil. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. Bygga var nyligen helt renoverats med trägolv, avancerade köksmaskiner, vinskåp, 55 'platt-TV (vardagsrum och sovrummet, HDMI-anslutning), kabel med trådlös internetuppkoppling. Enheten var nyligen inredda med designmöbler, tillbehör, lyxiga sängar etc.

Vi har en policy för inga barngäster under 6 års ålder.

Great place to stay in SF

We visit San Francisco every year and this is the best condo we have stayed in SF so far. Completely renovated 2-story apartment on a quiet street with a nice garden in the back. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a Safeway nearby in case you want to cook. plenty of towels and blankets. And the best of all - Fort Mason Park is a 5-minute walk away! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our future visits.

A lovely flat- with a garage!

David’s flat was beautifully appointed, comfortable and well located. The flat had a fully equipped kitchen, high quality linens, good washer and dryer, a lovely backyard, and was very quiet. The complementary bikes were appreciated. David was very responsive with all communication. I would recommend!

The perfect location and home for our holiday family get together. The home was comfortable and beautifully remodeled. If I could give 6 stars, I would!!! The apartment is really nice, modern, very clean, and well equipped. The location was also great, close to restaurants and parks. Dave is an amazing host, and we hope to stay there again!

Nice Place in a Great Location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The location is great. It's a few blocks to the bay and a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Chestnut.

Excellent and accurate VRBO posting

This was a gorgeous condo that was every bit as nice, or nicer, than the VRBO posting showed. The place is modern, spacious, well furnished, with nice decorations, and a kitchen well stocked with all the materials we needed for cooking. The location in the marina was close to everything. And the host was excellent. Incredibly responsive when we had any sort of questions.

Beautiful SF

Wonderful flat. Updated, clean, comfortable and great location. Quick walk to Marina greens, fort mason, chestnut street, union street or fisherman’s wharf. Ideal location with bus stops close if going to Presidio, North Beach or China Town. A favorite part of town for us and felt very lucky yo revisit while staying in such a lovely flat. Would love to come back and would highly recommend .

Lovely place in the Marina

Our stay at David's apartment was perfect. The location is wonderful-just off of Chestnut St. will restaurants and stores and 2 blocks from Ft. Mason and walks along the bay. The apartment was incredibly well stocks with everything from plates, glasses, pots, and pans to staples to paper towels and toilet paper. The apartment is very comfortable and internet and TVs work well. The apartment also has lovely outdoor space (which we unfortunately never used). David was extremely responsive from the very beginning of the rental interaction. He would text back within minutes of my texts. If we had to change anything, it would be having to go downstairs to the bedroom (don't wear socks on the stairs!). Other than that, we only have positive things to say about this wonderful rental

David’s place in the Marina District was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Meticulously decorated, super comfortable and impeccably clean. Fantastic location, supermarket right around the corner, and east access to all the hits. Zen garden off the master was the icing on the cake. Memories made!

Perfect For Our Needs

A very well-appointed and stylish flat in a good part of the city. Only 15 minutes walk to the Hyde Street Cable Car Terminus, 2 minutes to Great Meadow Park and 10 minutes to Safeway. Less than an hour's drive from SFO, and well-placed for access to the Presidio, Golden Gate Park and Marin County.

San Francisco trip

David was great from beginning to end. The property was a great location, extremely clean and very safe! David gave great recommendations on food and things to do on the city. The property had everything it promised and then some. I don’t really ever leave reviews but this was one worth reviewing.

Amazing house, wonderful stay

The property was absolutely lovely and as described. The backyard was such a nice outdoor space. I really appreciated the parking, and even used the bikes to ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. Beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very well furnished and stocked. It was a pleasure working with David. Next time we come to San Francisco, This will be top of our list. Thanks for a great stay.

Master’s Graduation

My family stayed at Dave’s, who was always easy to contact and communicate with, for my daughter’s graduation at USF. I found the property to be nicer than the pictures. So clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you’d need. The only downsides I can think of is the downstairs Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the neighbors upstairs will come knocking on your door if you’re too loud.

Very comfortable to come back to the condo/apt after a long day of touring the city and beyond. Great kitchen for cooking meals and the living room and diningroom were laid out to comfortably accommodate a larger group of family and/or friends. The decor is tastefully done. Great space!!

Condo and neighborhood were perfect in every way!! More than enough space for the 4 adults and 2 teens living there for a full week. Neighborhood was beautiful and we are already talking about booking our next trip soon. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very responsive. At checkin we noticed a small gas leak from the stove and the owner took care of it expeditiously and even came to the property to meet the technician just in case we were not there .

Beautiful SF apartment

This is a beautifully decorated and spacious apartment in a very walkable part of the city, a mere 2 blocks from a lovely park (and grocery store), probably the best Vrbo experience we have ever had. Exceedingly well appointed, wonderful kitchen with everything we could possibly have needed. Having 2 BRs on the main floor and 1 garden BR on the lower floor kept it quiet and afforded privacy for a family member working remotely. The home was immaculate and organized, and David was an excellent host; very clear and easy check-in, and he provided lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. Most definitely will be back!

Best San Francisco Homebase!

This is the second time our family of 5 (children ages 15, 11, and 11) have stayed at this home and it was just as fabulous as we had remembered. David, the host, is easy to reach and communicates all your rental and check-in information ahead of time. We had a question during our stay and he immediately responded. The house is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The kids love the lemon tree and fire pit in the back yard for evening stores. The master bed is warm and comfortable and the closet storage is huge! The kitchen is beyond fully stocked which made cooking breakfast a breeze. There is a grocery store just a 5 minute way away (and plenty of parking!) and a ton of shops and restaurants as well. Should you want to walk to a more touristy area (Fisherman's Wharf), it's an easy Uber or 12 minute walk. The garage space is priceless (tight but fits a mini van or small suv just fine) when you might be worried about a car break in. We can't say enough about this property and our family looks forward to yet another visit in the future!

Ideal property for comfort and location

Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a very convenient area of the Marina. We were 2 couples spending a week in SF. The apt was artfully appointed, with a well stocked large kitchen and a fabulous outdoor space complete with gas fireplace which was a really nice place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. The pictures don’t do it justice.

A fantastic place to stay in San Francisco

Four of us stayed here, youngest 15, for five nights in August and had a fabulous time. The property is very well located, near enough to walk to the main places to see but very quiet too. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable- especially the beds! Fully recommend this place, cannot fault one thing about it. Thanks to the owner for allowing guests to use this beautiful house!
