The holiday flat - an attic with a large roof terrace - is located in a very good and relatively quiet residential area with a stunning view of Rome's main church, San Pietro.
It also enjoys an almost unbelievable panoramic terrace of approx. 35 square metres, equipped with a lounger or deckchair, table and chairs. The view of the dome, the upper part of the façade and the groups of figures in the vestibule is already moving during the day, and the sight of the lantern of the huge dome illuminated at night is almost indescribable!
The quiet and light-flooded flat (approx. 75 sqm) with windows on 3 sides is on the 4th floor (a new lift has been available since 2011!) of a small apartment building and is attractively furnished: large living/dining room with access to the terrace, large satelliteTV, dvd player, ceiling fan, new double sofa bed, another 3-seater couch and 2 armchairs, large bedroom with ceiling fan, kitchen (***) with dishwasher and washing machine, view of S. Pietro and exit to terrace, bathroom (with bathtub, hairdryer). The equipment is good and very well maintained, beautiful parquet floors, central heating (gas).
Very good connections to other central areas of the city: bus line 64 through the entire city centre to Termini, bus line 34 (stops 25 m further on) to Piazza Cavour, light rail via Trastevere to Termini.
