Kom och kolla in den nya Pottery Barn! Det är en underbar 4 sovrum hem i den mycket populära gated community av SeaGrass med tillgång till en gemensam pool precis bredvid.

De nya ägarna har helt ombyggt hemmet med nya golv och möbler överallt för att göra din vistelse väldigt bekväm. Den första våningen har två sovrum, ett två våningar öppet vardagsrum, matsal och ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nya apparater. Ett av sovrummen har två uppsättningar våningssängar, och de nedre sängarna är faktiskt en full madrass, så det här rummet kan sova upp till sex glada barn! Det andra sovrummet på denna våning har en helt ny king size-säng.

Njut av däcken där du får 360 visningar inte bara av det blåa havet vattnet utan också av soluppgången och solnedgången. Det finns också en skärmad i veranda utanför köket.

På övervåningen är master sviten med en ny king size-säng och privat badrum komplett med jacuzzi och separat dusch! Klädkammaren är enorm! Det finns en nyligen tillagd kaffestation och vinkylare till toppen av denna privata reträtt. Det finns också en underbar däck utanför öst och gulf sidan av sovrummet med fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången och bukten.

På bottenvåningen hittar du en privat svit, komplett med ett kung sovrum, badrum, och det är eget kök. Observera att den privata sviten inte kan nås från huvudhuset. Det finns en ingång på den norra änden av hemmet, eller du kan komma in genom det bifogade dubbelgaraget.

Bäst av allt, vårt hem ligger bara ett stenkast från gemenskapens pool. Cykelbanan är i närheten och det är en kort promenad till Trading Post och mer! Strandpromenaden till den vackra vita sandstranden ligger precis intill vårt hus ... det är en perfekt uppsättning för en fantastisk strand semester! Vi hoppas att du kommer att besöka!

February Beach Vacation 2024

Our destinated house was no longer available due to water damage so we found this literally two days before we arrived! The top master suite bed sheets had not been changed, attention to cleanliness was missing. Living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is dirty & the main couch is almost impossible to sit on comfortably. The kitchen is amazing but the dining room chairs are horrible... not comfortable and every move you make “sounds” horrible!Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views of the sunset amazing; the porches excellent! Beach nessesities plentiful! Distance to beach perfect; neighborhood lovely! Appliances very nice. Main bathroom lighting is dark. We had to buy better bulbs. Bunkbed sheets a nightmare to change!

Great Place, For a Day

The PERFECT beach house!

It is right next to the community pool (which felt like our private pool) - but we didn’t use the pool a lot, as the boardwalk provided a quick path to a beautiful section of beach. We prefer beach-front, but this is definitely the next best thing at a much better weekly rate. The garage is full of beach toys and essentials that we were thankful to use (umbrellas, floats, wagons, shovels, even kayaks!) The property was well stocked for when we cooked, and almost right across the street from Skully’s for the best food when we didn’t want to cook. It was a gorgeous property and everyone had their own space at the end of the day. My teen son loved the separate “apartment” downstairs and had everything he could need there. We would return in a heartbeat!

Our best experience

This was the best experience we have had in more than ten years. Clean, spacious. Great view. We called about a few issues (leftover from previous rentals) and they took care of them promptly. This is a great alternative to the crowds in the destin area. Rules seemed strict at first because they are trying to protect their investment. No problems with any interaction.

The beach was just a short walk as well. We had plenty of room and all we needed at the house. Will definitely stay there again.

A Lot Of Frogs

For as many members of my family that went, it accommodated us well. However, we were unable to use one of the beds because of what looked like a brown stain on one of the mattresses (we were very cautious about that one). There were also quite a few frogs at night time attached to the house, so that was unexpected. Just be wary that there will be a lot of frogs greeting you once the sun starts to set. Overall, we love the location (Cape San Blas), but we will probably not be staying at this property in the future.

Pottery Barn with friends

The VayK $250 credit we used for a kayak and then added a stand up paddle board was fantastic. A strap brike on one of the kayak carrying straps andthey quickly came and traded it out...even retrieved the old one from the beach—-those guys are strong! Pottery Barn needed a little TLC but Coastal Joe and the owners were very attentive to any items I broughtt to their attention. Hurricane Michael has probably created more woes. My heart goes out to the Cape and her loss of roads and othe amenities. Also the newly formed islands in the state park will be an interesting challenge for all to overcome. We love this beautiful place and enjoyed our stay.

The upstairs air conditioner struggles and can not keep the temp below 80 during the day. Some boards on the deck are loose. The house has some mold in bathrooms, shower and air vents. The bathroom on the main floor has a hard time flushing. Paint falling off. Had a hard time opening and locking doors the entire time. The bed in the Master is very bad and not comfortable at all. Dryer takes three times to dry a load of laundry. The rental company was great but the owners of the home don't spend any money on the home or repairs.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location and house. House and yard need some TLC. The decking is very splintery and needs to be sealed. Several boards and railings on the steps were loose. I would recommend additional lighting in the rear of house by the steps. At night, it's very hard to even see the steps. The landscaping is bare and much less manicured as compared to the other homes in the subdivision. Overall, very nice place in a wonderful community. I think the description of the property should clearly indicate the suite on ground floor is only accessible from exterior entrance and not from the remainder of the house. Loved dealing with Coastal Joe's!!
