New water pipes are currently being laid in the street Adelfa. Unfortunately, in Spain you can hardly say when people will be working there. At the moment there is someone on the construction site from 8:00-16:00. But not every day. The garage space is currently also accessible. But that can change.

Nevertheless, you live simply fantastic in this beautiful house. Los Gigantes has wonderful, constant summer temperatures and you will want for nothing. You can also use a nearby pool. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Enjoy your vacation in a bright and very well equipped terraced house with a great view of the Atlantic, La Gomera and the giants. In the evening you can admire the most beautiful sunsets from your terrace.

The town centre, the harbor and the beach can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. The terraced house is in a quiet side street and is built over 3 levels. In the basement there is an underground car park, which is available to you free of charge. On the upper floor you enter a small hallway and then reach a spacious living-dining area. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a new TV (incl. WLAN) and a comfortable couch with pull-out elements. The beautiful sun terrace offers space for a dining table and 2 sun loungers. Furthermore, on the upper floor is a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the upper floor you can reach the ground floor with the 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet via a bright staircase. The first bedroom has 2 single beds that can easily be put together. From here you can reach the outdoor terrace in the backyard with a seating area and sunbathing area. The large bedroom with the double bed has a separate balcony, which also offers a great view and has another seating area.

holiday with a visit from our daughter from New Zealand

The property is excellent although on this occasion was a little spoilt by the road etc having been dug up with the resulting mess

Amazing house

We have just returned from 8 days in Katrin’s lovely townhouse in Los Gigantes. The house is wonderful. Spotlessly clean and everything that you would need to have a seamless stay is there. Loads of towels and kitchen utensils, outside furniture top quality and the towels are there for you for the sun loungers. There is no expense spared on the inside either with the furniture and TV etc, everything is good quality and everything works. good quality fans were provided for our stay as well. The little back yard off the second bedroom is a wonderful sun trap in the morning and the sun comes onto the large front terrace at around 11am which is perfect. There are 2 sun loungers and a full table with chairs on the terrace as well. It’s located on a very nice street and the house is literally 3 minutes walk down to the square where there are bars and restaurants galore. There is a very good independent supermarket located at the end of the street which literally sells everything you could possibly need. We were met by wonderful neighbours Jackie and Jim who will help you in any way possible but without being intrusive at all. They are there if you need them and that is the best way. They also showed us around another apartment that Katrin owns in the Tamara complex which is literally just over the road from the house so if you are coming with family there are options to stay close to each other. Hier sucht man vergelblich nach Differenzen zwischen der Beschreibung und der Realität! Das Appartment ist in allen Punkten hochwertig und reichhaltig ausgestattet (Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Pfannen, Handtücher, Badetücher, usw.). Und auch die Möbelierung (Betten, Sofa, Terrassenmöbel) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sowohl die Vermieter, als auch die Betreuung vor Ort haben immer für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. In der Mobilität eingeschränkte Personen sollten sich vor ihrem Aufenthalt über Los Gigantes informieren, da häufig viele Treppen und steile Straßen zu bewältigen sind.
