New water pipes are currently being laid in the street Adelfa. Unfortunately, in Spain you can hardly say when people will be working there. At the moment there is someone on the construction site from 8:00-16:00. But not every day. The garage space is currently also accessible. But that can change.

Nevertheless, you live simply fantastic in this beautiful house. Los Gigantes has wonderful, constant summer temperatures and you will want for nothing. You can also use a nearby pool. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Enjoy your vacation in a bright and very well equipped terraced house with a great view of the Atlantic, La Gomera and the giants. In the evening you can admire the most beautiful sunsets from your terrace.

The town centre, the harbor and the beach can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. The terraced house is in a quiet side street and is built over 3 levels. In the basement there is an underground car park, which is available to you free of charge. On the upper floor you enter a small hallway and then reach a spacious living-dining area. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a new TV (incl. WLAN) and a comfortable couch with pull-out elements. The beautiful sun terrace offers space for a dining table and 2 sun loungers. Furthermore, on the upper floor is a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the upper floor you can reach the ground floor with the 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet via a bright staircase. The first bedroom has 2 single beds that can easily be put together. From here you can reach the outdoor terrace in the backyard with a seating area and sunbathing area. The large bedroom with the double bed has a separate balcony, which also offers a great view and has another seating area.
