Look no further! This is a gem! Host is wonderful communication was a breeze. The home was perfect location to beach and restaurants we walked everywhere and off street parking was perfect! Home was incredibly clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Great backyard, grill table and hose to rinse off after beach day. Chairs umbrellas beach gear all in. Just bring your suits because it’s a home away from home! Thank you Jessie it was lovely!!! See you next year!!

Our family, including our dog, had a wonderful time! With only being steps from the beach, we were able to see sunrises each morning. It was the perfect amount of space for our family and we can not wait to come back!

Chris was a fantastic host! She set up a playpen knowing we were coming with our baby, left cookies for us, and even brought a cooler during our stay. The house was clean, beds comfy, great location.

This was our first Vrbo booking, and we’re so happy we chose this property! Jessie was amazing with communication. I loved how close we were to the beach, amazing food & fun things to do! Great we could bring our pets to enjoy the fun, too. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If we ever come back to Jacksonville, this is ABSOLUTELY where we’ll stay! Thank you, Jessie!

Excellent Christmas vacation!

We had an excellent time at the Twin Palms and we would highly recommend it! It was close to the beach and to grocery stores…etc.

Cute & Convenient

Twin Palms was a cute cottage with ample dining space and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! The beach themed linens were a nice touch.

Quiet get away

Very nice little beach house - very welcoming! We were gone most days for long visits to Mayo so it was nice coming back to our nice little beach get-away home .

Great location

Not only is the house pet friendly, the entire neighborhood is. We spent a few days there and got to know a few of the neighbors and their pets. The house has a private yard which is great. The house itself was clean, super homey and has a great layout.
