The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area ensures pleasant temperatures even in the warmer months, while a washing machine provides additional practical benefits during your stay.
Located on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift), the flat offers an inviting balcony to relax on. There is also a communal roof terrace, which is ideal for getting some fresh air and taking in the ambience of the neighbourhood. Please note that barbecues are not permitted in this flat.
