Villa 'Villa Soraida' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Itrabo, the villa "Soraida" offers you beautiful sea views. This two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a portable fan and a ceiling fan, five bedrooms with air conditioning, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to nine people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. There is also a table tennis table available. Three high chairs and three cots are provided.



The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May 1st to October 1st), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, two balconies, barbecue and outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing views of the sea and nearby mountains while preparing a meal for your loved ones.



The town, with a supermarket and a selection of restaurants, is just 500 metres away. The beach is 16 km away and Sierra Nevada is 99 km away. There is a water park 15.5 km away and La Junta Los Ríos de Otívar is 8 km away.



A parking space is available on the property. The pool can only be accessed by stairs. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed on the property. Firewood for the fireplace is not provided and it is forbidden to take indoor furniture outside. For bookings of six people or fewer, only three bedrooms will be available; the other two will remain closed. Beach and pool towels are provided.
