Welcome to Villa Botanica, a charming and luxurious hideaway for your stay in Croatia. Our villa consists of a large kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom in each room and is spread over 2 floors. All rooms are equipped with beds measuring 180x200 cm and premium bedding, while one room has separate beds. While in front of the villa you can enjoy the charms of the 5x4 m swimming pool, deckchairs and a fully equipped barbecue set. The villa covers a total area of 350 m2, while the house itself has an area of 140 m2. In front of the house, there are 2 parking spaces that our guests use completely free of charge.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room and a kitchen with direct access to the terrace and the pool. Each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with a flat screen TV and very comfortable mattresses. Our house is ideal for a quiet holiday, yet close to all the most important local centers with restaurants, cafes, and nightlife.

Kaštel Lukšić is one of the 7 places with the same name, created as a historical fortress as a symbol of defense in medieval wars, and today as an unofficial suburb of Split, it is one of the ideal places for a peaceful vacation with beautiful beaches nearby. If you want to avoid the crowds of a city like Split, Villa Botanica and Kaštel Lukšić are ideal places for you. It is located 10 km from SPU (Split airport) and is located between the 2 UNESCO centers of Split and Trogir. In the vicinity of the building there is a large number of supermarkets, restaurants, long promenades and pebble beaches.
