Escape to this Moab home away from home! This townhouse is five miles south of downtown Moab, which has excellent restaurants, charming shops, recreational outfitters, and options for entertainment. The incredible landscapes of Arches National Park 11 miles north, Canyonlands National Park 36 miles west, and Dead Horse Point State Park 39 miles west are also within an easy drive. This prime location places you mere minutes from some of the world’s best mountain biking, hiking, ATV trails, sensational kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing.



This beautiful townhome is fully furnished and ready to rent for your next getaway. Gorgeous floors, lots of natural light, and an open-concept floor plan work to extend the interior space throughout the home. Get creative in the pretty full kitchen, then serve your guests at the handsome dining table. Endless outdoor activities in the Rim Vista complex include two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground. At the end of the long day exploring the area, this townhome is the perfect place to return to.



THINGS TO KNOW

There are no ground-floor bedrooms.

The swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available from mid-April through the end of October, weather permitting.

There are two designated parking spots in front of the home.

*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

The townhome was well-appointed and maintenance was incredibly prompt when we had an issue with one shower having low water flow and one toilet not flushing properly. The bedrooms were laid out great for our group with en suite bathrooms for both.

Outstanding accommodations!! Super neat, clean,and extremely well stocked. Perfectly located for all of our activities. Highly recommend staying at this fabulous rental. Enjoyed all the National Parks that are just a few miles away.

Great Place to Stay When Visiting Arches and Canyonlands

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo. We really enjoyed our stay there, and it was located conveniently to both Arches and Canyon Lands national parks.

Nice stay in Moab

My family stayed for 2 nights at this lovely townhome. The house was near enough the national parks and convenient to Moab for meals and groceries. The location is beautiful. There were some cleanliness and water pressure challenges.

Great base for Arches and Canyonlands!

This location was great for the area National Parks! The house was very clean and comfortable! We very much enjoyed relaxing at night after a full day of hiking!

Great location! This place was the best!

I can’t say enough about this place! The location was amazing,( minutes from Moab) , the checkin was so easy, and the living space was comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great for families

It was a great location for families because of the pool and got tub and bball courts. The only downfall was that the pool wasn't open towards the end of our stay.

Great condo

This was a nice, spacious condo just south of Moab, enjoyed our stay there. Kitchen was well stocked, nice to have washer and dryer available. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Moab, but still close to town and Arches!
