Newly remodeled quaint home just 9 miles south (10 minutes) from downtown Moab. This adorable home sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful custom kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy all your meals. Beautifully landscaped and partially fenced yard with mature shade trees and plenty of parking for all your outdoor machines, trucks and trailers. The house features a comfortable living room with fireplace, shuffleboard table and 58" smart TV. The dining area just off of the kitchen comfortably seats 6. The back patio area has a BBQ grill for nights you want to cook out. The main bedroom (bedroom #1) has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, huge soaking tub and walk-in shower and king size bed. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and smart TV. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have queen size beds, small dressers and closets. There are multiple places on the property to relax and take in views of the La Sal Mountains, the Moab Canyon Rim or unbelievable sunsets and stars. The house has been very comfortably and tastefully decorated with guests comfort in mind.
*Please lock all doors when checking out or leaving the property.
*Please do not block other driveways in the neighborhood and obey speed limits.
*No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside please clean up after yourself.
*This home allows pets, however please keep pets on a leash or under voice control at all times. Do not leave pets unattended in the house for long periods of time. Do not tie pets up outside. Clean up after your pet. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.
*San Juan County has a strict noise ordinance after 10:00pm and before 7:00am. Violators of this ordinance will be asked to leave without refund.
*Please turn off all exterior lights when not in use and before going to bed.

I currently manage a small number of homes in the Spanish Valley/Moab area and take great pride in being a small business owner who is never out of touch with what is going on with the properties I manage. My staff and I are always available to assist guests within a very short amount of time and strive to give our guests the most memorable stay we can.

This neighborhood is new and currently being developed. It is 9 miles south of downtown Moab and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It is rural in nature which makes it extremely quiet yet easy to get to anything you want to do in the area. The views of the La Sal Mountains as well as the Moab Canyon Rim area amazing. You also can't beat the stars at night with no light pollution! Neighbors all know each other and look out for one another.

This property is adorable and as of July 2024 everything is new! The owner has painstakingly remodeled the entire home and added a welcoming and comfortable touch with guests in mind. The yard is amazing with shade trees and gorgeous lawn area and plenty of parking for all your off road toys.
