"Our Pleasure" är namnet på detta välutrustade och vackra bostadsrätt. Duplexet är rymligt och ljust och med sin luftiga men ändå mysiga känsla kommer detta strandhus att känna sig som hemma. Denna obefläckade rena, duplex med tre nivåer har fyra stora sovrum och är tillräckligt stor för att två familjer lätt kan dela. På bottenvåningen finns ett komplett kök och ett halvt badrum. Det finns en stor matplats och ett större rymligare vardagsrumsområde som gränsar till det bekväma köket.

De två rymliga sovrummen på andra våningen har sina egna badrum. Den ena har en king size-säng och den andra har en kung (två tvillingar skjutna ihop) och en separat enkelsäng. Den tredje våningen har två sovrum med ett badrum mellan dem. En sovrum på tredje våningen har tre enkelsängar och den andra har två enkelsängar.

Det finns två däck på huvudnivån, ett däck utanför det främre sovrummet och ett däck från det bakre sovrummet på tredje våningen. Det finns en utomhusdusch och en separat fottvätt. Det finns parkering under carporten för en bil och rum i den asfalterade uppfarten för ytterligare fyra bilar. Matt's Fish Camp, en underbar skaldjurrestaurang / bar ligger på hörnet av Rte 1.

DET ÄR PARKERING FÖR MINST 5 BILER !!!!!

Mindre än 50 steg till stranden, ger denna lägenhet dig precis där du vill vara. Det finns gott om utrymme för att flyga drakar, kasta en boll, spela frisbee, hästskor eller beachvolleyboll med hjälp av vårt samhällsnät. Om du verkligen vill att din semester ska vara på en vacker, orolig strand med ett fantastiskt läge, vänliga grannar och en bekväm avslappnad atmosfär, bo på Our Pleasure.

Vi ligger i Tower Shores som ligger intill Delaware State Park och Nature Preserve. Så det finns inga hus på stranden till vänster, en kort promenad norr om oss - bara vacker strand! Fiske är tillåtet på State Park-stranden, så ta med dina stolpar!

Cykling är säkert på cykelbanorna i hela Bethany och vägarna är platt!

Great beach home

My family and I had an amazing time at the beach this year. Nancy is the best host ever and her home is roomy and immaculate. We cannot wait to rent this home again next year. 10/10 rating with no complaints whatsoever. Wonderful experience.

Overall excellent. And the owner rocks!

The place is spacious, comfortable and conveniently located. But the best part of the whole visit was the friendliness of the owner Nancy Rashidi. She was very helpful and welcoming.

Great stay

My family and I recently stayed at this property and we had a great time. The owner was accessible and responsive; she always answered my questions and was very pleasant. The condo is spacious and well-kept. The best part: it is very close to a private beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded; access to the beach could not be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday here. Great location, very close to the beach and plenty of room for all of us. We had an AWESOME time. Nancy is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend!

Owner and property were excellent

Both the owner and property were exceptional. We only were able to stay for a weekend this time but the owner made sure everything was ready to go so we could enjoy. She was available 24-7 for our stay and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The Duplex was stocked with lots of activities for kids including board games movies and toys. I would highly recommend this place for all sorts of occasions.

Great find close to beach with responsive owner

Place was super close to the beach (100 yard walk) and was perfect for a group of friends off-season weekend getaway. Owner Nancy was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Also, close to both Bethany and Dewey Beach towns (<10 mins by car) and within walking distance (100 yards in other direction) to Matt's Fish Camp, local legendary seafood restaurant (which had a takeout window). Place had plenty of room, lodging, and amenities. Overall, a very good experience.

Wondeful Clean Three Story Home

My sister and our respective families thoroughly enjoyed this spacious three story, bright home.Parking was easy with accomodations for up to five vehicles. The two zone AC units appeared brand new, immediately and efficiently clearing any humidity.The first flight of steps from the entry door to the open living/dining/kitchen/common area helped trap any extra sand not already removed by the outdoor foot wash or outdoor shower.The owner and/or family members were present next door during our stay. They are so nice, easygoing, accomodating and friendly.They are invested in making sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this wonderful get away find!

Relaxing Getaway

For the second year in a row, a group of my friends and I (all 30-ish professionals) enjoyed a long holiday weekend here. The house is less than half a block to the beach and stocked with beach chairs, so it was easy for any of us to wander over to the beach whenever we liked, alone or in groups, and it didn't have to be a big production. We enjoyed the beautiful weather on the house's four decks (some sunny, some shaded, some breezy, some on the lee side), as well as the easy access to the network of bike routes (half a block away) and the convenient-for-bikes storage room. The house is in a quiet area a couple miles north of the Bethany Beach town center---that was perfect for us, because we had a blast cooking and grilling at the house. Several members of our group never left the vicinity of the house & beach, nor did they want to. It was extremely low-key and relaxing, and I think we all got a chance to catch up on our reading. A typical day: coffee on the deck, biking in the morning, afternoon at the beach, cocktail hour, grilling dinner, then games and drinks on the decks. The house made it easy to do all of that! The seven of us fit comfortably into the 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the house was clean and as advertised. I would say that the house actually feels more open and airy than the photos indicate---we got a great cross-breeze. Because the owner was very flexible with regard to check-in and check-out times, we were able to leave after the worst of the holiday beach traffic. All in all, we thought that the house worked very well for us, and we had a great time. Well enough that we came back for a second year! We highly recommend it!

Family Beach Vacation

We all had a very nice week at this beach house. At one point there were ten of us, we never felt crowded. There was plenty of space with all the bedrooms, bathrooms, family room and decks. The beach was a very short walk away. The owner was helpful with meeting our needs.

My family and I enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend at the beach. It went by all to quickly. We enjoyed our stay at this property and it accommodated my family of six perfectly. Nancy our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She also would touch base to make sure all was good.

Very clean and a close walk to the beach

Nancy was very helpful with the reservation and the check-in was a breeze. The condo was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Nancy was available throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent getaway to the beach!

The house was clean, cozy and inviting; plenty of room for two families of 4. The owner made herself available for any questions or concerns and promptly responded to text messages. We were a minute walk to the private beach which is kept very clean and was never crowded. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful family vacation!

Just a short walk to the beach, and perfectly located between Bethany Beach & Rehobeth, this home is spacious and clean, with multiple levels to accommodate our whole family, age 8-84. Nancy is accessible, welcoming and happy to answer any questions. It's the perfect house for the whole family to stay, and we're already looking forward to next summer!

Wonderful get away!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home which caters to multiple or extended family beach living. It is very well located between Bethany and Rehoboth. Nancy was a helpful and attentive manager. We will be back!

Bethany Beach is family friendly and beautiful! My three children have grown up enjoying the beach and have wonderful beach memories. Our beach is not crowded and we are close enough to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Funland in Rehoboth.
