Kom och besök North Bethany Beach, "den lugna semesterorten". Bethany Beach ligger nära all action från Rehoboth och Dewey stränder och attraktioner Ocean City, men utan trängsel och trafikstockningar. The Tower Shores Gemenskapen ståtar med några av de renaste stränderna på Atlanten, och ligger nära den indiska floden Inlet och Delaware State Park. Gott om fiske och vattenaktiviteter i närheten.

Promenad till stranden! Det är en kort promenad från lägenheten till crossover sanddyner. Du kan lämna dina filtar, stolar och leksaker sand på stranden under dagen och gå tillbaka till lägenheten för att göra lunch, ta en paus och ta en kall öl!

Priset är överkomligt och platsen är en du kommer att vilja återvända till igen och igen. Bra restauranger inom en kort bilresa, och Matts Fish Camp (vardagligt exklusiva seafood restaurang inom gångavstånd) får strålande recensioner!

Familjevänlig enhet i en familjevänlig plats. Promenera till närliggande gemenskap park / lekplats. Eller, tillbringa en lugn romantisk vecka med din älskade. Priset är trivsamt prisvärd och platsen är perfekt för en avkopplande semester. Condo enheten är på andra våningen i en två våningar trädgården typ hyreshus som rymmer endast åtta enheter. Endast trappor, ingen hiss.

Byggnaden renoverades 2015 med nya ytterväggar, en uppdaterad utomhusdusch och andra förbättringar! Lägenheten har ett utökat badrum, nya trägolv, infälld belysning, gips, färg, kronformning och trim och ett uppdaterat kök! Granit bänkskivor, skåp och apparater (kylskåp, spis, mircowave, diskmaskin, skräpavfall)! Central AC, tyst och coolt.

Truly wonderful

Great condo for a beach week!

Our family of four had a great time at this condo, just steps from the beach. Very clean, bright, and well-maintained. Kim was very responsive before and during our stay. We were worried that it had no laundry, but we didn't end up needing to do laundry anyways. We love the Tower Shores community for being less crowded than other beaches in the area.

Delaware Delight

Comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen nice decor, steps to the beach. Check out Matt’s Fish Camp restaurant next door. Also 5 stars. Great value. Love Delaware and Bethany area. Wish there was somewhere to grill. Only complaint.

Overall, very sweet place, well maintained, great location. Only minor complaint is the cable TV system was complex and did not get common network stations so no football or baseball playoffs…..otherwise great place…

The location was great, a few steps to the beach. It was a convenient location to the Bethany Beach downtown area or to Rehoboth Delaware. The place was lovely. Maybe some hooks in the second bedroom would be helpful since there is not a closet in there.

Just what we needed

This is a bright and cheerful apartment with about as good a location as you could hope for if you're not beachfront -- maybe a four-minute walk, even carrying a big load, without having to cross a highway. We were more than happy to trade proximity to town (it's not that far anyhow) to proximity to the ocean. It met our needs almost exactly, with no meaningful complaints. We'd happily return.

Perfect seaside villa

This little 2nd floor villa was perfect to suit our needs. Our extended family stayed in a larger condo down the street, but we found relaxation and tranquility for our small family in this villa. We loved the balcony, the outdoor shower, and the close proximity to the beach. Easy check-in and check-out... the host Kim was very helpful and informative... all of which contributed to a wonderful vacation experience!

Vacation 2022

Property is well maintained. Please remember to bring your sheets and towels. We missed this in our agreement, but were able to find really inexpensive sheets and towels. The ocean was great and access less than 2 minutes. Would highly recommend going if you want a super relaxing vacation.

Our family began staying in this unit at Bethany 25 years ago when our kids were toddlers! When the unit came on the market 14 years ago, we knew that it was time to purchase it for our own.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the easy accessibility to Rehoboth and Ocean City, but prefer to avoid the crowded beaches. Our beach is never crowded! The community is quiet, safe and friendly. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD AT THIS BEACH.

If you like to surf fish, the Tower Shores neighborhood backs up to the Indian River State Park. Just walk past the pylons and cast a line (don't forget to pick up a license first at the Old Inlet Bait and Tackle shop on Rt. 1 - they are super friendly and helpful; or at Hockers Hardware store on Cedar Neck Road.)

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our kids enjoy playing volleyball, football, wiffle ball and sand soccer on the private beach; I enjoy workouts at Bethany Fitness, the Rehoboth Beach YMCA or Everyone Fitness in Rehoboth. My husband reads books, drinks beer and builds sand castles. We go shopping at the outlets and enjoy eating out at Big Fish Grill in Rehoboth Beach, our favorite restaurant - also kid friendly. There is now a Big Fish Grill in Bethany right off Cedar Neck Road (pass the Hockers Super Market on Fred Hudson and turn right on Cedar Neck Road. There are lots of great restaurants in Bethany, but a beach favorite is Matt's Fish Camp and it's right in the neighborhood, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. Just place your order on line, walk over. Did I mention Grotto Pizza????? The best pizza at the beach!
