Tower Shores North Bethany Beach, är en privat strandsamling som ligger ungefär 3 mil norr om staden Bethany och 4 miles söder om Dewey Beach. Huset ligger på Ocean Beach Block, tre hus från en orörd, privat obefolkad strand som ligger intill två mil från Natural Delaware Seashore State Park. Huset totalrenoverades i juli 2012 (rostfria apparater, granit, trägolv, etc.) och består av två våningar, med balkonger mot söder. Balkongerna finns på andra och tredje våningen. Huset har 4 sovrum som kan sova 10 och 3 fulla bad (plus en uppvärmd utomhusdusch med fullständig integritet). Huset har trådlöst internet, kabel-tv (med efterfrågan och premiumkanaler) och DVD-spelare. Nya platt-tv i 2 sovrum och vardagsrummet.
Den andra våningen är det viktigaste vardagsrummet och inkluderar ett vardagsrum med balkong, stort matrum, komplett kök, badrum och ett kung sovrum med extra TV.
På tredje våningen finns sovrummet med en king size-säng och balkong och badrum, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och dagssäng, ett sovrum med 3 enkelsängar, badrum med badkar. Parkering i bilhamn rymmer 2 bilar.

Beautiful home

Very clean Perfect size Access to the beach was awesome

Our stay was great Our hosts went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed They even invited the two 16 year old girls that were with us to a community bonfire Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this location to anyone who asked

Excellent location with fantastic host

We had a wonderful stay at Eugene’s place. We made a last-minute decision to go to the beach for a weekend and booked the place the day before arriving. There were no issues and everything went smoothly. The house is perfect— better in person than in the photos. A little farther from Bethany than we’re used to but only a 5 min drive so no problem at all. And the beach is not busy at all!! We were there for a holiday weekend but still got a spot right by the ocean every day. Eugene is great, easy to contact and super nice guy. Would 100% recommend this place!

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Eugene was very flexible and let us come in early since we arrived ahead of time. The house was very comfortable and the beds were great. It presented better than the photos. Overall, excellent week for the 4th. We will go again!

Great Place to Stay... Short walk to the Beach ... Highly Recommend

This was a great place to stay and great location with a short walk to the beach. Family friendly home and very clean. Owner very responsive and super easy to work with from check-in to check-out. Such a convenient location with a private beach to the Tower Shores community and also short drives to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach. Highly recommend this property.

Great Family Atmosphere

The private beach was a perfect place for our whole family, and was LITERALLY 200 steps from the house! The home layout suited us very well for family time and meals, and the private outdoor shower was a huge bonus. We were just a short drive to Bethany's cute little town center where all our vacation traditions were satisfied. Overall, a great vacation.

Great beach rental

Very close to the beach. Comfortable with lots of space for the family. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. All appliances worked well and air conditioning was able to keep up with several days in a row of 95 degree heat.

Great Week

We enjoyed our week in Tower Shores. The private beach is wonderful and the owners are very gracious. This condo is probably half a block at the most from the ocean and was clean and comfortable. Very close to all the attractions, but far enough away to be truly relaxing.

Great Place

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The house was very nice, clean, and recently renovated. Location was perfect: right next to the beach and diagonal to Matt’s Fish Camp. Don’t need much else. The owners were also great. Definitely recommend.

Cousin’s Weekend

Once a year my cousin’s and I get together for a long weekend. The property offered the perfect size for our get together with easy access to the beach! One of my cousins was going to rent it for her family.

Wonderful Weekend

Our family had a wonderful holiday weekend in the beautifully renovated, well maintained rental with great access to the beautiful private Tower Shores beach. The owners were gracious hosts and left nothing to chance. We will definitely be back again.

The property was clean and well maintained with a lot of personal touches by the owners.

The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, The location and the property were wonderful. The perfect place to reconnect with family and unwind. The beach was equally as nice and the waves are calm enough for beach goers to use floatation devices, paddle boards and kayaks. Close to so many different things to see and do. We will definitely be returning.

Our annual family beach vacation

This was our first time staying at this property and we are hoping to stay there again next year. The house was furnished well with comfortable beds and living room furniture. The dining area was large enough and able to seat all of our family for meals. We also like that it’s a very short walk to the beach. A special thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and considerate of their renters. We had a great vacation!

My dream of owning a beach house finally became a reality. The house is the perfect vacation home for families. It is the ideal getaway that I have always hoped for and I look forward to sharing it with many new and old friends.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Being on the beach block was the one factor that was important to us. Families can go to the beach and have the ability to come home for lunch or nap without having to cross any streets. We take great pride in our beach house. With the new high-end renovations made in 2012, we use the house as much as possible, which means it is well cared for.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house has been renovated with high-end materials and is not like any other beach house. The house is a stones throw from the private beach and the state park is only two blocks away where you can surf fish, paddle board or surf all day.
