Living room with SAT-TV, radio/Bluetooth/USB PLayer and landline telephone (for a fee).
New modern kitchen with dishwasher, combi-stove with microwave and oven and steam extractor.
Also new bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer and WC.
Ecological wood pellet heating with automatic control, individually adjustable.
W-Lan in the whole house for free. Only 5 minutes walk from the village centre or Bodmiarena.
