Grattis! Du kanske har hittat den mest avkopplande och roliga semestern på Myrtle Beach Grand Strand! Vi växte upp med semester längs Stranden i flera år innan vi hittade denna lägenhet vid havet på avskilt Shore Drive för vårt fritidshus. "A Place at the Beach IV" ligger direkt på stranden ... du behöver inte korsa gatan. Det är en lugn byggnad med 3 våningar med välskötta grunder som har en byliknande känsla. Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet ligger på översta våningen och erbjuder mer avskildhet och en fantastisk utsikt över havet och Apache-piren. Stranden här är bred och mycket ren liksom denna lägenhet. Du tycker att det är välutrustat med bekvämligheter för att hålla alla hemma och glada:

Kathi was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property is in a great location and was very clean upon arrival. It had a fully stocked kitchen and she even provided beach chairs! It is on the third level so keep in mind you have to climb the stairs.

Love the location. Shore Drive area has so much to offer and the beaches our front of the unit are among the widest, flattest on the strand. Easy access via US 22 (Conway Bypass) and never have to get out on business 17. Many walkable restaurants.

Great time, great location

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Black Pearl. So close to the water and the rooms had everything we needed. The AC works beautifully which was a godsend in this weather. Big shout out to Kathi McKnight for being so helpful. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

Great condo in an excellent location. Owner is very responsive to issues. We really enjoyed our stay. If I had to find something negative to say, it would be that the master bedroom could use a new mattress. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. Would definitely come back.

Although a bit on the small side, this condo suited all or our needs (4 adults and 1 child). The location is great and the kitchen is well furnished. Quietest dishwasher I never heard!!! Advice for the owner, please get a new mattress for the master bedroom!

Best Vacation Ever!

My daughter and her little family joined me on this vacation. We stayed here at the Black Pearl and it was absolutely PERFECT for us! My son-in-law has never been outside of Ohio, so the look (and tears) on his face when he seen the condo and ocean were priceless! The unit was clean, tidy, and had a great balcony view of the ocean! Kathi was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. We hope to do this every year! Thank you Kathi for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Perfect for our family

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your families vacation home! It was everything we needed and could ask for! Pictures just don’t do it justice! The view was amazing! The majority of the time spent at the condo you could find me on the balcony! Very cute and welcoming and had everything we needed! Location was awesome! The Black Pearl

We enjoyed our vacation at our favorite spot in MB in the convenient APATBIV. We prefer not to stay in the high rises and this smaller building suits us just fine. I found this area of Shore Drive in 2011 when I was looking for an oceanfront condo that had a recliner for my friend who has back issues. We have chosen this location ever since. The first condo we stayed in for several years was sold, so we were happy to find The Black Pearl. Kathi was great to work with and responded quickly to any question I had. The condo is well equipped and had everything we needed for the week. I even had brought my own beach chairs but never had to take them from the car because very suitable ones were provided.

Excellent value, beachfront!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay at The Black Pearl. From the pictures, I didn’t think it would be as much of a walk to the beach as it was, but oh well. Lots of stairs, and this unit is located closer to the parking lot than the beach. Excellent views though, and we loved sitting out on the balcony watching the waves. Condo is well-equipped. Beach chairs and sand toys provided. After a quick grocery run, we had everything we needed! Dishwasher and ice maker were nice touches. Cookware provided. Keurig and regular coffee maker available. The handle on the coffee pot is hanging on by a thread though—could have been scary to drop a pot of hot coffee! Appreciated ceiling fans in every room. Linens and towels provided. Mattress in the main bedroom is terribly worn out and needs replaced. It was so saggy in the middle, that my husband put 2 pillows under the mattress for some support. I considered sleeping on the sofa. Laundry available just a short walk on the 3rd floor. Can pay by smartphone via app, so that was nice to not need quarters. This stretch of the beach seemed less busy and we loved that. It was great being able to just walk out and be there. Pool was great too—heated and lots of fun for the kids. From what I could tell though, no restroom…? Overall, it was perfect for our family spring break and we really enjoyed our time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The 'Black Pearl' vacation condo is owned by the Auble and McKnight families. We grew up in South Carolina and Ohio and always summered on the Grand Strand. Our parents originally discovered that 'A Place at the Beach IV' is the best vacation spot on the Strand and bought this condo for use by family and guests.

Varför värden valde detta boende

A Place at the Beach IV is ideally situated on a secluded dead end street yet provides easy access to all the best the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. This condo faces the morning sun on the more quiet and relaxing side of the resort. The beach here is beautiful and it has Life Guards for safety during the summer season. There are lots of fun areas to discover nearby. A couple favorites are the quaint fresh shrimp and fruit stand a couple blocks away and a waterway inlet up the beach where kids catch crabs and other sea creatures.
