Beautiful cabin in Hill City! Perfect location for visiting the Black Hills. The cabin was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Over the years I have stayed here 3 times. It always feels like coming home!

Lovely property with well equipped kitchen, peaceful yard, comfy bed and furnishings and convenient location. Check in/out was super simple. Saw pairs of whitetail deer w fawns and a kingfisher during our stay.

This home was amazing and everything was better than expected. We really packed more than needed as the house had everything. Food and clothes were all that was really needed. Highly recommended

The location was perfect for our trip since we went from one extreme, Badlands Nation Park to Devil's Tower and all points in between and around Hill City. The cabin was stocked with all essentials required for our 7 night stay. It was conveniently located just on the outskirts of Hill City with easy access to grocery, downtown shops and restaurants. The location of this cabin being at the back of the complex has a large back and side yard which was a favorite spot for up to six deer that visited us almost every day. If we decide to ever return to this area, this will definitely be our choice to stay. Thanks for letting us share your beautify place, Chris & Robin

There were some area could use a good dusting. but also there was a gravel road in the front so that could explain some things but beautiful place to stay. I would stay there again access to everything and while start top-of-the-line things thank you both of you for only a place like this and then we’re from Minnesota so you were Viking fans that’s even better. Take care.

This was our first trip to the Black Hills and the location was very nice. It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to see. We had an unexpected snow on our first day, but it was lovely and we watched the deer on the hill across the road. The location was as described and met all of our needs. This was our first experience with Vrbo and we were pleased.

It is a beautiful cabin with wonderful furnishings. It is in a quiet and peaceful area near the adorable town of Hill City. We loved the home - it worked out perfect for the six of us. We enjoyed relaxing outside with deer and geese to watch. Then we were just at home in that comfortable cabin. Everyone we interacted with from the host to the residents of Hill City were just delightful!

The place was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked, as well as camp chairs and games. Our only complaint is that there was only one wall air conditioner for the entire place, which was not enough to cool the bedrooms enough in the evenings. Other than that, it is great!!

We built our vacation home in 2004, with the idea we would rent it out when we were not using it, since we only have so much time for vacations. Our initial reservation is would people take care of it like we would expect them to. The experience we have had is been great. The guests that have used our have been extremely respectful of it and it has been a real pleasure to share our get away with so many nice people.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the Black Hills and have visited many times before we built the cabin. We like every time of year although obviously summer is the busiest. In the middle of the winter everything is not open but the Hills are beautiful and everything you need is open.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We charge based on the number of guests. Our base rate is for 2 people plus $25 per person, night with a maximum capacity i of 8 people. We like small groups and if we charged based on maximum capacity we would discourage smaller groups. Large groups are more costly because more cleaning, laundry, utilities, and wear and tear on the cabin. We believe when quality and location of cabin are considered we are under the market for 2 or 4 people and still very competitive for up to our maximum of 8 people. If you have any questions about this policy of anything else don't hesitate to contact us.
