Stuga 6 på Storm Mountain är en nyare handgjord timmer- och stenhytt som ligger inbäddad i en vacker äng på Spring Creek. Stugan ligger precis intill Spring Creek. Gästerna i denna stuga kommer att njuta av utsikten över bäcken direkt från badtunnan. Stugan har ett fullt rymligt kök med frukostbar, loft, bra rum och uteplats med picknickbord, bubbelpool och grill.

Family fall break

I highly recommend this cabin in the hills! The location is so close to Sylvan Lake and the Needles Highway (a must visit for us every time) but still close enough to get back and forth to Spearfish Canyon for a hike. The cabin itself was spotless and the kitchen is stocked with any cooking pot/pan/gadget you could ever need. 10/10.

Great trip with friends

We were in Hill City for a wedding. The cabin was well stocked, quiet, and had ample parking and a hot tub. It was close enough to town to shop, but far enough out to be peaceful. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful Cabin and property

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was a favorite with the adults and kids. Perfect home for multi-generation family vacation. The creek in the back and the property were beautiful. Close to Hill City and all the area has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Family Vacation

Beautiful cabin! We received a call on our way that we could access the property early. We were sight seeing on our way so we didn’t make it in early though. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 min away for groceries but there is a market right up the street from the cabin. It is exactly as described/pictures and very clean. It’s in a great location, near all the sights and activities. We enjoyed the grill and the hot tub too!!

Beautiful and natural setting.

This cabin is so nice and has all the comforts of a family home. Very good beds, well equipped kitchen, Clean linens. We had our daughter, son in law, and a 1 and 4 year old who had the upstairs to themselves. Barely heard them. Will consider returning!

Wonderful stream front getaway!!!

We loved everything about this cabin!!! We walked in and were just amazed with how beautiful everything was!!! Everything was so clean, we had everything we needed. The kids would have been content just staying at our cabin and doing nothing else with the stream behind!! The kids had so much fun and are already planning our next trip. The cabin was so conveniently located to everything we wanted to do!! The hosts were 11/10!!! So helpful, accommodating, and checking in on us!!! Thankyou, Thankyou, Thsnkyou!!!

Perfect place to stay for a Black Hills vacation

We were in the hills for a family reunion recently and this was the perfect cabin and location for us. There were 7 of us in the cabin and we had plenty of space to sleep, relax, eat and visit. I enjoyed coffee on the front and back porch each morning and was able to enjoy the creek running through the back of the property. My wife and I were in the downstairs bedroom so we didn’t take use the outdoor balcony upstairs but maybe next time. We had 2 cars and an ATV but there was ample space for additional cars if need be. We didn’t take advantage of the hot tub because it was the middle of summer however it is on the back porch and has a great view of the creek and hills. Randy and Bridget were great hosts. They were great at communicating with us before and after the trip, they’ve kept the cabin extremely clean, well maintained and provided everything we could have needed. We’ve stayed at other places in the past but this will now be our go to cabin anytime we’re in the Black Hills.

Multi Generational Black Hills Family Trip

We just had an amazing week long stay. The cottage was impeccably clean throughout and the kitchen was very well stocked. We travelled with my parents who are 73 and my kids who are 12. Kids loved the bed loft area and my parents loved the first floor bedroom and bath. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage accommodated all us perfectly. We enjoyed the wild life in the back yard in the morning and evening. Having the hot tub, grill, washer and dryer was a great plus. We loved the location in Hill City as it was centrally located to all of our outings. We rented a UTV one day and the cottage is located right across the way from China Gulch which is a main access to many trails. Would come back and stay again.

Would Stay Again

This was a great cabin to stay at. Are only 4 star was for the listing as it was listed as having 3 bedrooms but instead the third “bedroom” is an open loft area which for most won’t be a big deal but if you have younger kids that may be difficult. The balcony off the upstairs bedroom was awesome and became part of our morning routine each day. The owners texted us on day one and had great communication the entire stay. The cabin is easy to get in and out of and is in the middle of the big attractions so a quick drive to anywhere.

Black Hills Vacation

we had family from Nebr.So.Dak. and Colo. staying at the cottage. Everything was as described in the ad for the cottage. The house is more like a log house as it had massive log beams and a wooden interior ceiling. We had plenty of room for the eight of us. The kitchen and living room were very usable. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub.

Getaway

The property is very accommodating! Everything you can possibly need is there. We did not use the hot tub or grill but they were available. Cabin was closer to a Hiway than we anticipated and a motel behind us….During busy tourist season that could present more noise. Lovely property! Easy communication with host.

Perfect for our family

This property was a fantastic fit for our family. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see including Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. Fall Break in the Black Hills

My family (me, hubby and 9yo daughter) had a great week in the cabin. The cabin is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Love that it is centrally located to just about everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again if we’re out this way and will recommend to friends/family. South Dakota bucket list

This place was fantastic. The description was perfect. Beds very comfortable and large bathrooms. Central to all sites- Mt Rushmore;Custer State Park; crazy horse; and even the Badlands. Home was very well equiped and so cozy. Lots of room for everyone. Outside was so pretty next to a creek. We appreciated all the info in the welcome booklet. We are planning our return.

Best Place Near Hill City

The owners, Bridget & Randy, have a beautiful cottage near Hill City. We loved the place. It was so clean. It was beautifully decorated. They have thought of everything. It is close to Hil City but out far enough to see the wildlife. We got to check in early which was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this rental and plan to visit it again soon.

We love knowing that we provide a great vacation rental for individuals to make special vacation memories.
